We had a wonderful stay! The house was even better than the listing described, and Bob, the owner, was incredibly responsive, answering questions quickly, and making the whole experience super easy from start to finish. Definitely staying there again and highly recommend to anyone consider booking.

We had a wonderful seven-day stay at this Florida vacation home. It is situated on a lovely, quiet street that feels peaceful while still being close to beach, shops and restaurants. The private pool was a highlight and provided a great place to relax, and the fenced yard was perfect for our pet. Overall a decent place for vacation. For the size, it could have been cheaper, and could offer security deposit back after things were left in great condition but other than that it was good.

This was a great house and location for our family vacation. The pool was perfect for our 4 and 5 year olds who just learned to swim. It was shallow and at a perfect temperature. 5 minute walk to the beach and all the cooking essentials we needed, as well as a Weber grill out back. The back yard is very peaceful and relaxing, as is the neighborhood itself. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at this property, and it was great once again. The house is spacious and clean, and we loved the heated private pool. The home is located in a lovely neighborhood just a couple blocks from a private beach access. We had another amazing trip and will be back! My only suggestion would be to add a bench or additional shelves in the master bathroom shower. We love 30A and this home!

The house was clean and had everything we needed for the week. Pool was very clean and nice and warm. We had a few hiccups as far as the lock on the front door stopped working, but Bob was out ASAP to fix it. Also, the AC did not work for one full day. Bob did come right out however the fix did not last and someone had to come make a repair the next morning. I know he did his best. However, the hot evening was very uncomfortable. The beach was beautiful and only a short walk. I would recommend this house.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and just a short walk to the beach. The backyard was perfect for our dog to run and play, which made the trip even better. We felt right at home, enjoyed every minute, and we can’t wait to come back. We absolutely loved our stay here! We brought our family, along with a few of our children’s friends, and it was the perfect size! The pool was great (and heated). We will definitely be back!

The best vacation

This was our second vacation in this home and it was perfect! Clean, quite street, walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants to pick from and the host was amazing. You could not ask for a better rental property or host. We will be back next year for sure!!

House was perfect set up for family of five adults and two dogs. Pool was clean and partly shaded. Kitchen was very well appointed. Beds were all comfortable and baths updated and in great condition. Great quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful time.
