We love this place!!!! Location Location Location!!! 3rd time have stayed at this location, different units each time, by far this worked out the best for us we have a large family, we rented 12 and 13 together and was absolutely perfect!!!!!!

Relaxing river life.

Every year the family goes to the river. Staying at the Sundance Villas is so relaxing. Being that close to the river is so nice. Darcy and her staff do such a good job.

Miller Family River Trip Vacation

Enjoyed our water front stay. Great place with lots of room and wide open spaces on the deck to sit by the fire at night, BBQ in the evening, and watch your favorite sports team on their outdoor TV while BBQ’n. They even have a mooring buoy on the water to tie your boat up to. Cant wait for our return trip.

Amazing Place!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Checkin and the house manager where quick to respond and very helpful. The house was small but perfect. It has two separate houses, one a master sweet and the other has two beds and a kitchen. For us it worked perfect. The beach was beautiful and clean. We will definitely be back!

Loved this place!

This is probably the best place we’ve stayed at on the river. We loved absolutely everything that came with our stay. From the beautiful accommodations, to the ease of access to the river with our own beach space made our stay way more enjoyable than we originally thought it would be which extremely appreciated! We will definitely be back! And the customer service is top tier! I gave 3 stars for the cleanliness, only because there was a mixup on when we were checking in and had to wait until after 6pm to get in and the cleaning job was a bit rushed but the owner gladly gave us extra time on our checkout day so that more than made up for that!

No bad day at the river !

Love it. I bring a couple of jet skies with me. I put the skies in the water when I get their and they don't come out until I leave. That's the convenience of the location. Your 10 feet form the water. A cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beer in the afternoon sitting at the out door kitchen enjoying the serenity of the river. Everything you need to cook is onsite. Love the Casita style housing. Darcy and her staff take care of your stay.

Another excellent vacation on the river

My family and I have been coming here for years, a perfect get away for family time and rest. The property is always ready for us managed by the best property manager ensuring that we have everything during our stay. The river is cool and clean during the hot summer month, with sandy beaches inches from the property, and a place to park our boat and Sea Doo. The family and I enjoy long days floating down the river and cooking outside during the evening as the sun is setting. Night time is quiet time gazing at the stars or watching movies in the beautiful villas. If we got lazy and didn't want to cook, there was always the Pirates Den across the river for dinner and relax. You can either drive across to AZ, or take the boat and park in their slip. We will be back next year, a big thank you to Darcy and her team!! Albert

My first choice for peace and relaxation; private with excellent accommodations for my family and I

The family and I spent the entire time on the beautiful white sand private beach for much needed quality time only a few feet from the Villa. The Villa was clean and fully stocked to cook some favorite family favorite receipts or simply BBQ outside talking with family and watching the boat/ PWC's race up and down the river. The Villa has a mooring on the river to park our PWC without having to pull it out of the water daily. The air conditioning worked perfectly inside the Villa and the rooms were comfortable, especially the beds in each room allowing us to sleep in each morning. WIFI was available to keep in touch with work from time to time while the cable/satellite provide movies/ entertainment for everyone during the evening hours. Finally, Darcy, the Property Manager, and her team were extremely helpful and professional. This would had been our 3rd time visiting the VIllas and it is definitely not our last... this is a favorite on our list to visit annually. See you again next year!!!

Moreno's 2020 Family Vacation

I had an amazing time! This was the perfect villa for our family. It was clean, spacious, fun and everyone was so nice! It was very comfortable and thats important when you're away from home! Thank you so much for making our vacation convenient for us, all the details provided shows how much thought was put in for anyone vacation at the villa. We loved the front sandy beach access from the deck making it easy to play in the water.

Nice place

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Villa#12. Every day started with watching the sunrise on the deck overlooking the river...so serene. The grandkids spent endless hours playing in the sand. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and plenty of baths for the 7 of us. The living room and kitchen reminds me of what tiny living must be like but it worked fine for us because the weather was so pleasant that we could sit at the bar outside for family dinners. We could also gather in the outside seating areas in the evening. But if it was in the heat of summer, I think it could be difficult because there is no where to eat inside and the living area doesn't seat many people. I think if I owned the villa I might put a dining table where the living area is now and turn the downstairs bedroom into a tv den with more sofa seating (that had a comfortable fold out bed so it could still sleep a couple of people) and give you a place to retreat from the heat. The villa was well equipped for 7 people with all the basics. I read a past review that said the upstairs bedroom was hot. We did not have that issue. Although, we did move the remote temp sensor from the wall directly above the ac vent to the bedside by bathroom so to accurately gage the true temp of the room. Overall, it was a great place for us and this time of the year.

Great Stay

We absolutely loved our stay in Earp. The property was comfortable for our group of 8. We spent a majority of our time enjoying the beach and outside patio because it was so nice. The stairs to get to the upstairs room were very steep, we had adults staying up there as it wasn’t suitable for our 3 and 5 year old to be going up and down. My only complaint is that the listing says no pets and there was a lot of dog hair on the couches in the living room and master bedroom. I reached out to the property manager and she did inform me that the owners have a dog they bring there. She also offered to send someone to clean again. I did decline because I had found a vacuum and already cleaned up as much of the hair as I could. It wouldn’t have bothered me except we have two kids with allergies to dogs. Luckily we spent so much time outside and had brought air mattresses so they didn’t need to sleep on the couches. Even with this though we would return again as we loved the house and location!

A Western style saloon offers pizza and 15 draft beers on property. The Resort was built in 2015 so the facilities are new.
