Enjoy the River from Moovalya Keys! Spacious home, 2458 sqft, with lots of seating at the dining table and breakfast bar. More seating in the living room to enjoy a movie or memorable conversations. If that's not enough space there two separate patios. You'll have peace of mind knowing your watercraft is right there with you on the dock to come and go at a moments notice. Kitchen if fully equipped to prepare your meals as well as BBQ.

Great time staying at Maria’s place. Had an awesome weekend with my family. She was great about keeping in communication with me and making sure my stay was going well. Won’t hesitate to stay again!

Maria Lucero has a lovely home. It is beautifully decorated, very spacious and right on the canal. The boat can be tied up to the dock, in front of her home. There is maximum space to park vehicles. Her rules are clear and reasonable and she is excellent with communication. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again. AC was super and the home was comfortable.

The checkin process was horrible. Received no check in instructions prior to arriving. I've been renting in the Keyes for years in the same house except she already had it rented. She sends me all I need to know about the house. Her contract is well informed. Even when we arrive at the house she has a binder full of details, TV instructions, WIFI, and all the rules. This unit I didn't have full access to the refrigerator or freezer. It was occupied by items that were dated back 2006. Not all the lights worked. No garage access which I'm not used not having. We had to ask the neighbor if we can stick out about a foot with our boat because dock space is lost due a boulder and concrete walkway. We got to the house found water bottles and cigarette ashes, dirt & dust behind the couch. Cleaning lady left for a family matter. I was given 50 credit back for cleaning but I wish the cleaning wasn't scheduled hours before we arrived. There was literally no towels for us to use for showering. The only towels there were hanging on the towel bar. I'm not used to this type of service on a rental in the Keyes.
