About this property

The ecological house at Cap Fréhel

Located 900m from the beaches between Cap Fréhel and the Château du Fort la Latte, our holiday home enjoys a pleasant location for a stay discovering the Emerald Coast. Between the countryside and the sea, you will enjoy hiking on the Gr34, various activities will be available to you (fishing, golf, hiking, beach, etc.)

This house was built in 2016 with the aim of building ecologically by choosing natural materials. It is a wooden frame that carries this house, isolated in bales of straw whose walls are covered with clay plaster or panels made of ecological materials.


Thanks to its southern exposure, you can enjoy the large garden and your children outdoor games.

Inside, 2 large bedrooms, one for the parental couple with a 160cm bed and the other a bedroom for 3 children. All bedding was purchased in 2019.

A cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances: oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge / freezer, dishes available. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Idéalement situé, le logement offre le nécessaire pour le confort (literie incroyable), ainsi qu'un grand jardin et une balançoire, idéal pour les enfants, au calme.Le propriétaire est agréable et à l'écoute.A quelques minutes de très belles plages sauvages, ou de sentiers de marche, Saint Cast Le Guildo n'est pas très loin pour un restaurant ou une glace (mention spécial pour l'enseigne "Le petit glacier").

Très agréable séjour avec crêperie délicieuse à 5 minutes à pied. Le calme a été de mise et le confort de la maison au rendez-vous ! Petit hic, si vous aimez les fruits de mer, amenez vos piques et casse coques, où cela sera avec un galet de plage. Hormis cela, la petite route qui juste la maison est très calme, donc bien-être assuré !!

Ruhiges schönes Haus

Wohnzimmer, Betten, Bad, Stühle, Küchengeräte waren super, es war sehr schön ruhig. Es gibt am Ort einen top Bäcker, einen Metzger und 2 Crêperien. Man kann toll wandern und baden.Die Kommunikation mit Eric und seine Reaktionen sind sehr gut. Besteck und Geschirr könnte man aktualisieren. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es ein Ökohaus ist und es leicht nach Stroh riecht, das zur Dämmung benutzt wurde.

Ruhiger Standort perfekt zur Erkundung der Nordküste

Tolles individuelles, schön eingerichtetes gemütliches Haus. Gastgeber immer digital erreichbar. Sehr ruhige Umgebung, perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, Strand und Wanderungen. 6 Minuten zu Fuß zu genialem Bäcker, Metzger und Marktstand (freitag Morgen: Gemüse, Obst und Fisch). Creperie „Chez Annie“ bestens zu empfehlen (3 min zu Fuß).

Großartig!

Eine tolle Unterkunft! Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten sich im großzügigen Garten aufzuhalten - Tisch und Bank, Lounge, Liegestühle - hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Sehr empfehlenswert!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Entspannter Urlaub

Gepflegtes, nach ökologischer Ausrichtung gebautes Haus in sehr ruhiger, ländlicher Lage, was aber wirklich kein Nachteil ist. In diesem Haus befindet sich alles, was für einen guten Urlaub benötigt wird. Insbesondere die sehr geräumige Dusche und das separate WC sind lobend zu erwähnen. Eine fantastische Bäckerei vor Ort lässt keine Wünsche offen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Auch die von uns „4-Minuten-“ und „8-Minuten-Strände“ bezeichneten Bademöglichkeiten sind sehr attraktiv. Natürlich ist ein Auto notwendig: für Einkäufe, Touren oder um an den Strand zu gelangen. Doch besser, man fährt eine kleine Strecke durch die herrliche Gegend, als dass man in einer Dicht-an-Dicht-Atmosphäre die Urlaubswoche verbringen muss.

Location au calme. Balançoire et jardin très appréciés par notre fille. Surface et agencement intérieure parfait pour une famille avec jeunes enfants. Location idéalement située pour effectuer des visites dans un rayon de 10/15min en voiture (superbes plages, château, phare, etc)

Ein schöner Urlaub am Cap Frehel

Das Haus von Eric ist sehr schön. Es ist geräumig und sehr charmant. Der Garten ist riesig und bietet den Kindern viel Platz zum Spielen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet; Familien mit kleinen Kindern würden wir raten, einen Kinderstuhl mitzubringen. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Kontakt zu Eric war sehr nett, auch wenn wir ihn nicht kennengelernt haben.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Die Bilder der Anzeige spiegeln das Objekt voll und ganz wieder. Bäckerei, Metzgerei sowie Gastronomie fußläufig erreichbar und auch bis zum Strand ist es nicht wirklich weit. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

Schönes ökologisches Haus in ruhiger Lage

Perfekter Urlaubsort für eine Familie mit maximal 5 Personen. Großer Garten mit Terrasse, Grill, Esstisch und Schaukel für die Kleinen. Innen ein großer Wohn- und Essraum mit Küche. Tolles Bad. Im Ortskern hat es einen sehr guten Bäcker und einen Metzger, 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt zwei große Supermärkte. Diverse traumhafte und teils bewachte Sandstrände sind 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Cap Frehel und das Fort ebenfalls. In circa 90 Minuten kann man den Mont St. Michel und die Cote Granit Rose erreichen. St. Malo, Dinan, Cancale und Dinard sind auch nur 45 Minuten entfernt. Kein WLAN. Wir haben es aber nicht vermisst! Un grand merci a Eric et ses parents!

Top au cap!

Séjour très agréable qui plus est avec une météo bien clémente. A proximité: richesse des paysages, de l'environnement, de la gastronomie. Un logement propre et tout confort avec une belle pièce à vivre, une terrasse ensoleillée proche des plages (env 1km) et du centre du bourg (500m). Nuits très calmes et reposantes. Seul bémol: pas de connexion de notre opérateur SFR... sur 15 jours (zone blanche). L'installation d'un dispositif wifi serait nécessaire. Nous avons néanmoins passé un très bon séjour.

Bon Sejour a Plevenon

Belle localisation, espace lumineux et pratique. Vivement que cette crise du COVID soit finie pour que les travaux soient clôturés et la connexion a l'internet soit rétablie. Equipements de cuisine a compléter et travaux a finaliser pour que la maison puisse etre parfaite pour une location future.
