We offer you a comfortable gîte with vintage charm , 55 m2 fully equipped for 1 to 4 people, classified as 3*** star furnished tourist accommodation .
This house is on one level with an independent entrance and could accommodate people with reduced mobility without being classified as accessible, due to the width of the non-compliant doors and the bathtub to step over.

- American kitchen: refrigerator with freezer , microwave, gas stove, oven , washing machine, dishwasher , coffee maker, kettle, toaster...
- Living room with sofa and armchairs (television, wifi internet access), east-west orientation
- Bathroom (large corner shower and sink) and separate toilet (no bath!).
- A bedroom with 1 140 cm bed in sunny tones.
- A bedroom with 2 90 cm beds in blue colors.
- 25 m² terrace on the west side, overlooking the park with views of the countryside and magnificent sunsets. Direct access to the garden by staircase (practical for walking your pet)

For babies , we provide free of charge: Baby bed, bathtub, high chair, baby potty, changing table, bottle warmer.

At Angevinière, we have chosen to provide your furnished beds, bathroom linen, household linen (tea towel, towels, bath mat) and some basic products in the gîte so that you do not have to Bring everything for the start of your stay.
Charges are included in the rental price, including central heating in the cold season! However, we ask our guests to be prudent in their energy and water consumption.

Cleaning the cottage at the end of your stay is obligatory and included in your final rate.

We also offer our homemade breakfast, with local and organic products, at an additional cost.
The gîte is on one level, in a wooded and flowery environment.
