Hello Courtney! We do apologize for any errors in the clean. Our standard process is to be notified of any issues, and send out housekeeping immediately. It is certainly no excuse, but human error does exist in any industry, and we are more than willing to correct ourselves. Based on our notes, your group did not want anyone in the unit and preferred to clean it yourselves. As our team did not have a chance to correct any mistakes, we do not find it fair to our staff or our owners to provide a refund when our services were declined. That all being said, we are glad to know that you were satisfied with our solutions to the extent that you did extend your stay with us. We would love for you to stay with us again, as we would really love to show you a better example of our service. We hope that you find it in your heart to give us another chance. Hi Kathryn, thanks for staying with us at this property, We also thank you for your positive cleaning remarks as we truly do our best to prepare these properties for guest arrival. We are so sorry to hear that you did not have the best of neighbors and that the pool was overcrowded. We also apologize for the inconvenience of the smell. Please note however that this was not brought to our attention during the stay. We would have sent someone from the team to make necessary checks and try to resolve the issue. In regards to the WiFi, please note that although most of our properties have access to the internet, the service is not guaranteed as it is provided by an outside vendor. Whenever guests are faced with internet issues, we try our best to troubleshoot and /or call the relevant company. We are happy to hear that despite the aforementioned issues; you had a great time.
