This cabin is a treasure. It was very clean, kitchen well-stocked with essentials and Tanya was immediately responsive to inquiries and a delight. It is off the beaten path so was perfect for decompressing while at the same time close to restaurants, art galleries, stores, mountain hikes and drives if one wanted to venture out. We loved our time there!!

This is the perfect place to go if you need to escape and just BE. You can feel the love that has been built into this cabin. Incredibly clean, the host is absolutely wonderful, and the sound of the creek is *chef’s kiss*. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

We loved our stay here! Tanya was extremely helpful and polite. The cabin was super clean and had everything we needed. We loved the sound of the stream and being out around nature. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome little cabin to relax in! My family had a great time playing in the creek, hanging out on the patio, playing board games, and watching old movies. Tanya is the best vrbo host ever! She truly cares about your experience and is available to answer any questions anytime. We hope to be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tanya's place! Cabin's nestled in the woods, the drive to it was beautiful, and LOVED the sound of the creek just outside the door. Tanja had very detailed instructions getting to the cabin, which we easily found. We only cooked breakfast, but the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need... even coffee filters which I had forgotten! There was a CD player with A LOT of CDs, my husband loved going through them and listening while we played dominos (that we found in the game closet! ) Tanja called us beforehand with the code to the lockbox, No problem getting into the house. Tanja is such a sweetheart, we would def stay here again.

Beautiful cabin in the woods. The sound of the stream and the sway of the trees is just the relaxation we were looking for.
Beautiful view on the way up to the cabin.
Caught a couple deer bedding right outside the living room window!

Can't find the words to describe how great this place was. The cabin was immaculate when we got there. The host was there every step of the way for us and extremely kind. The place was in the mountains so the only thing you can hear is the creek behind it. It was amazing.

Peaceful spot

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. Quiet and surrounded by trees, we liked watching birds and butterflies while sitting by the stream. The cabin was very clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed.

This is a very nice, quiet, peaceful cabin. The Arkansas River runs right in front and the rushing stream can be heard all night with the windows open. It's clean, offers a well-stocked kitchen, and more creature comforts than we were expecting. Great place to stay!

Fabulous Home

We had an absolutely amazing time in this cozy cabin! This cabin was conveniently close to both Salida and Canon City! The location of the cabin was perfectly tucked away in the mountain and the trickling creek was an added bonus.

The host is great and genuinely cares about the experience of the guests! She’s taken great care to ensure that the cabin feels like home, from ample towels, purified water, quality dishes and cooking utensils, comfortable indoor and outdoor seating, cozy designing. The property is amazing! The cabin is cozy but big enough that you’re not tripping over each other, great star gazing, and zen inducing stream!

Truly is a slice of heaven.

Really couldn’t have asked for a nicer, more peaceful place to just hang out for a few days. The morning coffee and evening chats on the deck while listening to the creek was priceless.
