Ce studio s'adapte à un seul ou à un couple. Il a sa propre entrée de la rue, mais fait partie d'une grande maison privée.

En raison de nouvelles restrictions Ă  Londres pour un nombre limitĂ© de jours autorisĂ©s Ă  louer par an, veuillez nous contacter quand mĂȘme. Si les dates ne sont pas disponibles.

Il est calme et brillamment situé pour le parc, les magasins et le tourisme. L'appartement est maintenu à un niveau trÚs élevé et a été récemment rénové et décoré. Il dispose d'un grand lit double (king size) avec de nouveaux matelas et des oreillers en plumes. Nouveaux draps 100% coton. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse. Cuisine séparée (piÚce séparée) avec micro-ondes, cuisiniÚre, cafetiÚre (nespresso) etc. La chambre Studio dispose d'un grand espace de rangement, d'une télévision, d'un WIFI et d'un petit canapé. Il y a une petite douche de la chambre et entre la chambre et la cuisine il y a une petite table pour manger. C'est un studio trÚs doux et ce n'est pas si petit. Il fait chaud avec le chauffage par le sol. Il existe tous les modes de comparaison et des guides à jour pour votre utilisation.

We were thoroughly pleased with everything the unit had to offer. The host could not have been more kind or responsive. The location was right on, close to all forms of public transportation. The description was exactly what we thought when we walked in couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly encourage anyone that is considering staying here do so before someone else takes the listing from you. You won’t regret your decision!

Great base for exploring London. The unit was clean, well-equiped, comfortable in a good neighbourhood. An enjoyable stay. Just be aware that the unit is below street level (although well lit) and there is a steep staircase making it awkward to carry large luggage up and down. But overall 10/10.

Lovely location and smooth check in/out

Nice little bolthole for London. 15 minute walk from Paddington station. We found it just a little too small for comfort for a return visit, but otherwise all good.

Great Getaway- Amazing Flat

We stayed in this lovely flat for a four day trip to London. The location was perfect and within walking distance to the tube, grocery stores, restaurants, Hyde park, etc. The flat was very clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything we needed and more. Ann was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return.

Perfect place to stay

It was a perfect amount of room and an easy location near Paddington so not needing to lug luggage multiple tube stops for the airport. Ann and as so pleasant and accommodating ensuring we had a little something for breakfast and some wine for the evening. Such a nice extra touch.

Great location with an awesome host!

Don’t miss out on this convenient and cute property. We loved the neighborhood. It’s very walkable with lots of food a couple blocks away and multiple tube stops close by. The property itself is well appointed with everything you could need. The host is a doll and we enjoyed our conversations with her. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous, Ann and Ivo were great to talk to with good recomendations in the local area for food and Pubs. Many grocery stores in less than a five minute walk. The flat was clean with a well stocked kitchen with starter groceries. We will be booking this flat on our next London Trip when we can stay longer. A great base of operations. We highly recommend this listing.

Clean, fresh flat in a convenient location

My husband and I just returned from 6 days in London. We really enjoyed operating out of this flat. It was very functional, with a comfortable bed, a great shower and a very nice little kitchen, with everything needed. I really enjoyed my pre-trip communication with the owner and appreciated her kindness when our flight was delayed 12 hours. There are maps of the area and of the tubes on the wall and a laminated sheet of suggested pubs and other tips. We found this location to be great for catching buses, tubes, etc. My husband and I are very self-sufficient and found this flat worked perfectly for us. My only interaction with the owners was about 2 minutes of paying the rent. If you tend to need a lot of assistance, this flat may not be for you, as the owners are a very busy family. I would be happy to stay here if I ever return to London.

First time staying in London

Ann stayed in touch and provided helpful information prior to our arrival. The flat was easy to find and Ann provided milk, bread, tea and coffee. This was much appreciated. Some suggestions to make guests more comfortable. Number one issue is the bathroom. The sink is tiny. Water goes everywhere when washing your hands, face and brushing your teeth. It is not a functional sink. Nowhere to put toiletries and nowhere to hang a second towel. Lack of lighting to read by. Lamps on either side of the bed that provide good lighting would be wonderful. “O” ring in kitchen faucet needs replacing. Overall and with these improvements it can be a first class place to stay.

An absolute gem

This is a wonderfully central flat and we spent three happy nights there. It is perfectly located, near to all central attractions and just a stroll away from the parks .The flat was beautifully decorated and was much bigger than we expected. We were warmly welcomed by Ann and she very kindly bought bread and milk for our arrival. This was one of the many thoughtful and personal touches that we found throughout our stay. There was a lovely selection of toiletries in the spotlessly clean bathroom and the flat was very well equipped with all that we needed including , an ironing board, a hairdryer, brollies and lots of useful information and maps. As we had lived in London we didn't need any advice but felt that Ann was not only friendly but very approachable and would be ready to help and answer any queries or requests. Wifi was quick and easy to use,the bed was comfy and for central London it was a surprisingly quiet neighbourhood. When you consider how much a very average, and often not so nice, Hotel would cost in the area, the apartment represented excellent value and it was so much nicer than an anonymous Hotel room. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Appartement tres agreable et bien situe

Sejour tres agreable dans ce souplex situe a proximite immediate d'hyde parc et tres accessible en metro et bus. Appartement entierement equipe et amenage avec gout. Possibilite de sortir diner dans le quartier, multiples adresses a deux pas. Nous avons simplement ete reveilles assez tot par des travaux dans la maison voisine. En tout cas, Londres merite amplement un second sejour tant il y a de choses a decouvrir. Proprietaires tres disponibles et prevenants.

Fantastic Flat

Five Star rating across the board! We were very pleased with the accommodation and our visit to London. The flat is exactly as described and perfect for what we were looking for. It’s quaint, tiny shower and washroom, but there’s enough room to maneuver around everywhere else. The bed was comfy and at the end of a long day of sightseeing, perfect. Awesome location, steps away from Kensington Palace, Hyde Park, Notting Hill. An easy walk from the Bayswater Circle line. Special thanks to Ann for the ‘extra’s’ - Milk, butter and bread in the refrigerator. Nice bottle of wine! Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect flat in prime location

The Bayswater studio met our needs in every way - clean, cozy, well appointed, and superbly located. Queensway and Bayswater tube stops and Paddington rail station are all an easy walk away. Plenty of pubs, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. The neighborhood itself is quiet and safe. We have found our new choice for lodging when in London. Thanks, Ann, for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was very comfortable, and they provided everything we needed for our stay. You really can’t beat the location. You are about a 10 minutes walk away from 4 different underground stations. Very convenient! We also felt very safe in this location as well. The owners were not in town while we were there, but Ann was great about communicating before and during our stay. All of her instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Thank you much!

Perfect London stay!

Very well located, easy access to Paddington Station and tubes, Waitrose market close by. Ann is a wonderful host and very responsive to communications! The flat has everything you need for a nice London visit - kitchen is fully stocked to use with coffee/tea/spices/condiments provided; bed is great (if you like soft, which we do); sheets/towels were changed out after a week by the cleaning lady; good bathroom with sizeable shower; lots of storage space; very helpful maps of London and the tube system on the wall to peruse as you eat breakfast...The stairway down to the flat is spiral and narrow, but with a good handrail. Street noise at night is not that bad - we slept with the window open. We felt very safe, secure, and had no issues during our stay. We certainly will be back.

Wonderful stay

Loved staying here, great location for walking through Hyde Park and tube stations to other places. Ann is an attentive host and took good care of us. Only thing that would have made it better is a full length mirror.

Our London base

This flat worked extremely well for us. Ann and Ivo were very available if we needed anything. We stayed 5 days and toured London and nearby. Lots of options for the tube and train connections. Loved having the washer/dryer as this fell in yhe middle of a 3 week trip This is a basement flat which was fine for us, but might be a challenge for someone with mobility issues.

A Perfectly Horrid Flat

I suppose that's the way I should describe this place if I ever want it to have any future availability. When people find out what a wonderful flat it truly is, none of us will be able to book a stay there! But the truth is, it's actually a wonderful little hidden gem, as anyone who's stayed there knows. The hosts are lovely, kind people who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The flat is perfectly cozy for two, and the neighborhood has loads of lovely shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. And it's just moments away from Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park and TWO Tube stations! What more is there to say? Book at stay here. I promise you won't regret it.

This home is owned by an English family who live in the building but have a separate entrance. We have two grown up children. We have restored the building to a high standard and are one of the few remaining original houses in the area.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This is a really beautiful house of grand proportions and lovingly restored. It is in a grade two listed building. It is the last remaining house in the street which hasn't been converted into flats or hotels. The area is just wonderful and we really love living here. It is both quiet and vibrant and centrally located plus perfect for the park. Due to new restrictions in London for limited amounts of days allowed to rent per year please contact us anyway, If dates are not showing available.

It is quiet and self contained and excellently located for transport, park and sightseeing. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. The flat is spotlessly clean and new with modern amenities, such as clothes washer, cooker and underfloor heating. We do take great pride in accommodating our guests and try and give a great experience towards your stay in London.
