About this property

City Comfort - Country Flair

This is our personal home for 10 plus years and we would like to share this beautiful home with you as we travel. This house is located in a small secluded, quiet neighborhood on a one acre wooded lot. It is about 10 minute drive to BOK and downtown Tulsa, 15-20 minutes to Tulsa Expo Center and Gathering Place. Keystone Lake is about 10 minutes away, Osage Casino 3 minutes, and the recently renovated, including new greens and bunkers is the Canyons Golf Course 2 minutes away and local dining and shopping within 5 minutes including Walmart. There is 30' above ground pool with large deck. The patio has a real wood fire pit (wood is provided), a gas grill, two tables and chairs, patio lighting, and chiminea. It is a great place for eating, visiting around the fire, s’mores or a grilled burger or steak. Pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. The hot tub is seasonal and closed during summer months. A Ring doorbell and security cameras are installed in the front of the property for your protection and our peace of mind. There are no other security cameras in the house or in the back yard. We have a limit of 8 guests allowed on the property. Additional visiting guests must be pre-approved by owners.

Great house here are some reason why we loved this house1. Great location just as advertised country setting but yet 10 minutes away from everything you would need or want2. Safe - nice cup-de-sac neighborhood 3. Extremely clean4. Never had to bother the host with anything cause it all worked. How often does that happen!5. Great amenities My wife was impressed and pleased with the house…. That speaks volumes and makes my life easier! Guys will understand She said it was like a home away from home but with some awesome benefitsSo if this is in the running, it is a great one

It was a perfect place to take our family for a staycation week! House was warm and inviting with all the amenities. The pool was amazing. The yard was fun. The neighborhood was quiet absolutely no complaints. It was amazing!!When I say all the amenities, I mean the little things that you don’t even think you’re going to need until you’re there! They had Cousy‘s s’more gear, paper, cups, paper plates, even a highchair! Lots of towelsThe kids room was awesome and the air hockey table was a huge hit! I might have to brag because I’m the champion!

What a perfect location lots of peace and quiet but still close enough to run in town. The outdoor space was wonderful the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The hosts were very responsive and gracious. Would stay again!
