We offer you this new detached house composed of three bedrooms for 1 to 6 people in a quiet area ideally located 5 minutes walk from the beach of Pors Carn.

The services are of high quality, pellet stove, fitted kitchen, terrace, disabled access with master suite with bathroom, wc on the ground floor, enclosed garden, garage and private parking.

Close to Pors Carn la Torche beach, a beach that will allow you to learn or improve your skills in board sports.

In this house, you will appreciate the quality services, the charming setting and the tranquility.

Located at the southern tip of Finistère with its large fine sandy beaches, its ports, its rocks, its churches and chapels, you can relax there. Many activities are at your disposal: hiking trails either on foot or by bike, will transport you to the beaches, the ports, the Eckmuhl lighthouse.

Your water and electricity consumption will be billed to you according to the meter readings on arrival and departure.
We also offer options: -Bed linen, towels and end of stay cleaning.

A deposit of 500 € will be requested on arrival and returned no later than 7 days after your departure.

Modernes Haus in guter Lage

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Penmarch. Das Haus war sehr sauber, ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die ruhige Lage in Strandnähe ist super. Die Räder konnten wir auch gut nutzen. Der Garten ist sehr karg, nur Rasen und Hecke - das scheint für Hunde gut zu sein (siehe andere Bewertungen), wir hätten uns über ein paar Blüten (beim Sitzen auf der gut möblierten Terrasse) gefreut. ;-) Aber auch so war alles super, die Vermieter nett und unkompliziert.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Haus war modern, sauber, geräumig und war mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte. Auch die Matratzen waren hochwertig. Der Garten war groß, gepflegt und eingezäunt. Das war sehr gut für unseren Hund. Auch sie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand waren es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, welcher ebenfalls wunderschön war. Wir haben zwei richtig tolle Wochen dort verbracht . Wir können es nur jedem weiter empfehlen. Ganz lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit, die wir dort verbringen durften! verbracht.

Haus in wunderbarer Lage, nur 300 m bis zum Strand!!!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, insbesondere unser Hund, Zwergpudel, das eingezäunte Grundstück war ideal für ihn. Auch die Ausstattung ist so wie angegeben. Super ist auch, dass es alle deutschen Fernsehsender verfügbar sind. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es super Restaurants, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch das einkaufen von Lebensmitteln macht viel Freude. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal Gast bei Marina und Jerome. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf die Rückkehr hoffentlich im nächsten Jahr ;-)

Ein kleines Paradies in Strandnähe!

Es war rundum perfekt: das Haus, die gesamte Abwicklung, die Lage! Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und wie beschrieben, wunderschön eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts (außer vielleicht Mückenschutz an den Schlafzimmer-Fenstern)! In das entspannte Leben in Penmarch haben wir uns sofort verliebt! Die Strände, der kleine Hafen, der Leuchtturm, die nähere Umgebung - alles ist auch wunderbar mit den Fahrrädern zu erkunden! Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns mit leckeren Crêpes und Cidre begrüßt. Herzlichen Dank für einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Sehr schöner Urlaub in toller Umgebung

Das Haus entspricht voll den Beschreibungen des Inserates, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Jerôme und Marina sind sehr freundliche Vermieter, die sich bemühen, es den Gästen angenehmen zu machen. Cidre und Marmelade standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen, auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lage hervorragend

unmittelbare ruhige Lage zum Pors Carn.Schöne zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Vermisst wurden Schränke zur Kleideraufbewahrung.

Beautiful home in Bretagne

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. The house is very clean, well-equipped and comfy - a real home away from home. Our dog enjoyed the enclosed garden. The walk to the beach is really short and the sunsets were absolutely stunning. There are lots of good restaurants around, too. The hosts are extremely nice people, very caring and friendly. Thank you for Cidre, Crêpes and jam and for the nice conversations. :-) We really fell in love with this beautiful part of la Bretagne and we would love to return.

toujours aussi plaisant et reposant

Mon second séjour s'est très bien passé dans cette jolie maison neuve, proche de la plage de Pors Carn. Calme, lumière, repos, confort... vélos à disposition dont je me suis longuement servi pour me ballader sur les différents circuits de la commune, de la Pointe de la Torche à la limite du Guilvinec, des Rochers de St Guenolé à la plage du Stern... la maison est très bien située, légèrement en retrait donc aucune nuisance, pas de voitures circulant devant, et est très agréable et confortable ; hôtesse attentionné et discrete. je vais déjà réfléchir à mon prochain séjour !

Une superbe location toute neuve et très bien aménagée. Nous nous sommes de suite sentis bien. La mer est très proche avec un accès facile à pied. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Adorable location, très bien située

maison neuve, parfaitement équipée (rien ne manque !), bien isolée, lumineuse, avec un jardin clos ( avec un chien, parfait) Au calme mais tout proche de la plage de Pors Carn et du centre de Penmarc'h. communication parfaite avec propriétaires, à l'écoute et disponible. j'ai beaucoup apprécié cette semaine, la maison et les alentours, et j'espère revenir très vite
