A classic mid-century modern home designed by Kriesel and built by Alexander. Original architectural design maintained and extended to enlarge the original floor plan creating spacious, contiguous, open living area, 4 bed/3 bath (sleeps 10+) covering over 1,840 square feet.
The house is on a 13,500 sq ft lot, providing a spacious outdoor area with pool, spa, firepit, outdoor kitchen & bar, bocce ball pit, chess board, citrus trees and enough space to host a wedding! Your home away from home.
There is a car-port for two cars, and a driveway for four more, plus a separate RV parking area and driveway.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Month Long Stay

We stayed at this lovely home for the entire month of March 3024. Christina was extremely helpful at all stages of of our stay from seamless checkin to checkout. The house is very well equipped for a three generation family like ours. We enjoyed use of the pool, spa and fire pit throughout our extended stay. The street is very quiet but with easy access to shopping and downtown Palm Springs. We highly recommend this property for families or groups of friends. Scott British Columbia

Fun in Sunny Palm Springs

We usually spend a couple winter months in Florida but Hurricane Ian prevented us from going this year. We thought it would be fun to try out Palm Springs and it did not disappoint. The weather in March and April was beautiful. We met with the owner upon arrival and were so pleased that everything was as presented on the website. The owner couldn’t have been more accommodating and attentive. The instructions for operating mechanicals and the pool and spa were most straightforward and helpful. The house was immaculate as was all of the bedding and linens. The yard, pool and spa were well cared for. The house was stocked with everything one could want or need.. Working with the owner was great. We did have issues operating the tv and the owner immediately summoned the Geek Squad to address them. We loved the location-very near Albertsons grocery store and Walgreens; also near Indian Canyon and Palm Canyon Drive. We loved walking the neighborhoods surrounding us especially as we experienced the beauty of spring unfolding. Great care is given to the landscaping at the homes in the area and it was a daily pleasure to walk it. The immediate neighborhood was very quiet and views of the mountains out of a bank of sliding glass doors was breathtaking on a daily basis. We did have a medical issue during our stay and the owner was a great and immediate help in getting us the care we needed. We had a lovely time as did our family visitors!

As both a host of, and guest at, vacation rentals, I have created your home away from home. The house is stocked with plenty of sheets, towels, and pillows for all guests. Plus we provide glassware, silverware, dishes, pots/pans for our guests to entertain 20 people.

Spacious indoor and outdoor living space. Large, contiguous kitchen, dining area (for 14), and living room that opens to a huge lot with pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, bar, bocce ball court, chess board, dining table (for 14), sitting areas (for 20), and pool loungers (8). The perfect place for a large group that wants to relax and entertain.
