Il faut faire des améliorations

L’appartement n’avait pas le nĂ©cessaire minimum pour faire la cuisine c’est Ă  dire un four et des poĂȘles qui ne collent pas avec un manche. Des fils Ă©lectriques dĂ©nudĂ©s, table cassĂ©e sur le balcon, assise des toilettes cassĂ©e. Sinon appartement bien situĂ© Ă  15 min Ă  pied du centre ville.

Appartement vétuste sans entretien

à notre arrivée : difficultés pour trouver l'appartement, pas de no ni d'indication, un 2eme étage avec 46 marches......., aprÚs 6 heures de voyage les valises à monter, ce fut trÚs difficile. -les toilettes ne fonctionne pas -le four est inutilisable (trÚs sale, trÚs gras) - la télé ne fonctionne pas. - des draps sont entassés dans les coffres disponibles, (au 1er étage et en bas, sous les lits superposés) - le rideau de la salle principale est mal fixé , les vitres de la baie vitrée ne sont pas propres; La télé a été réparee, les toilettes restent à voir, malgre l'ilntervention d'un réparateur; cet appartement est vétuste et manque d'entretien. La vue était trÚs agréable

Appartement avec grand balcon et jolie vue. 10-15 min Ă  pieds du centre ville. BĂ©mol sur literie.

Grand balcon pour manger et profiter de la belle vue. Peu de rangements pour affaires personnelles car mĂȘme sous les lits il y a dĂ©jĂ  des affaires. Literie bonne pour les 2 lits de la mezzanine mais pas celle du canapĂ©-lit pourtant neuf, ni les lits superposĂ©s. Certaines choses en doubles comme grille pain et 2Ăšm jeu d'assiette pourraient ĂȘtre enlevĂ©es pour laisser place libre dans les placards.
