Le Blue - Studio mezzanine

Ty Color's is a high-rise half-timbered building located in one of the most beautiful pedestrian streets in the historic centre of Rennes. We offer 3 studios here : Le Pink, Le Blue, Le Green.

Completely renovated at the end of 2019, Le Blue has everything you need for a great stay of a few days or a few weeks: linen provided, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi.

Right in the city centre, you have access to the main points of interest: Jacobin Convent, Museum of Fine Arts, Town Hall and Parliament squares, shops, restaurants, etc. Public transport 5 min walk away.

Housing
Ty Color's is one of those buildings that look like no other, with its narrow staircase and lime walls, it has kept its authenticity.

Located on the 3rd floor, accessible by stairs, the studio Le Blue combines the charm of old and modernity: stone wall, half-timbering, wooden floor.

It is composed as follows:
- A living room with a fully equipped kitchen area (ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, etc) and TV lounge area. The convertible sofa allows an extra bed for a third person if needed.
- A sleeping area on the mezzanine with a double bed (highest point 1,75 m, in front of the bed)
- A bathroom equipped with a 90x90 shower, a plan with a basin and a suspended toilet.

For your comfort, your bed will be prepared for your arrival. We also provide towels and tea towels for the dishes.

The neighborhood
You are close to the Town Hall and the Place des Lices (and its big Saturday morning market). You will be able to discover the Parliament of Brittany, the Garden of Thabor, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Champs Libres, the Saint Georges Swimming Pool, the congress centre, the Jacobins convent. . . But also eat in very good restaurants and go shopping in the many shops, such as the Galeries Lafayette at the end of the street or the many small craft shops.

Transportation
All means of transport (bus, metro, bicycle. . . ) are accessible in less than 5 minutes (bus and metro stops at République or Sainte Anne stations). Are you coming by car? There is a covered car park near the apartment (Parking des Lices).

Simplified autonomous arrival: For your comfort and flexibility, access to the apartment is completely autonomous from 4pm. Keys are kept in a code-secured box located directly in the building.
