The Perfect haven for nature lovers. The Charming Country Cottage is fully furnished and offers 1,000 SF of living space with two separate entrances, living room with wood stove, kitchen with stone counter tops, remodeled bathroom, large bedroom with two walls of closets, adores french doors with views of koi pond. All utilities, wi fi internet, cable tv and parking are included. Pets welcome with pet deposit. Short term rentals preferred. Two person max.

Summer Stay

I spent the past summer here with my cat while interning in Indian Head, MD. Denise was a great host, super nice and communicative. The cats on the property are all very calm and the dogs are super friendly. The cabin is on a well water system which I had to get used to, but in a way contributed to the 'rustic' country feel. Overall, I had a great stay and the cottage worked well for me. My cat loved it too!

Cottage was clean and had everything you would need . Denise was very friendly and a great host. Would definitely recommend.

Our property owner Denise was the best. Very knowledgeable about nearby places to see and things to do. She responded quickly in response to a matter we brought to her attention. Very friendly cats for my wife to fuss over. Will return again if time allows.

Hidden Gem in Laplata

Denise was amazing! Cottage is extremely clean & well kept up. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Yard is gorgeous & very private. The pool looked very clean & refreshing, but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. I would encourage anyone to stay here, we will definitely be renting this again.
