SEASONAL RENTAL REGISTERED WITH THE CARRY LE ROUET TOURIST OFFICE
Classified furnished with tourism by Bouches du Rhône Tourisme and is registered with the tourist office of Carry le Rouet
This spacious T2 on the ground floor in our house located in a quiet area of the city center
The 50 m² apartment is made up of a pleasant living room with sleeping accommodation for 2 people, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Italian.
The whole opens with a large picture window on a largely covered terrace of 21 m² fitted out to take your meals and relax without any vis-à-vis, we provide you with:
- Free wifi access.
- A baby cot on request free of charge.
- A barbecue in our small garden.
- Easy and free parking in front of the house.
The location of the apartment allows you not to use your vehicle except for exploring our region: we are ideally located between Marseille, Aix en Provence, Martigues, 15 minutes from Marseille Provence airport and TGV stations, at gates of the Camargue and the Alpilles. The SNCF station of Carry le Rouet is 800 m away, you are 100 m from the port and its entertainment (restaurants, casino games, cinema…), 400 m from the beach, 150 m from the market (every Tuesday and Fridays) and 100 m from the shops in the city center.

Séjour en famille

Mes parents et moi avons beaucoup appréciés notre séjour et ce dès notre arrivés. Christine s’est gentiment proposée de venir récupérer mes parents à leur arrivés. La maison est très bien située, du port, des activités nautiques, du marché et autre magasin. Nous avons fais le choix de ne pas utiliser de voiture et c’est un séjour que vous pouvez largement faire sans voiture et en famille de part la proximité des activités. La maison est bien propre et fonctionnelle. Je recommande pour des vacances au calme et en famille. Merci encore à Christine et son mari pour l’accueil, la disponibilité et les conseils. Logement bien situé par rapport aux commodités et aux plages, calme, propre, spacieux. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Seul bémol par temps de fortes chaleurs, les débuts de nuit sont difficiles. Il manque un espace climatisé ou à défaut un ventilateur au plafond dans chaque pièce.
