- If the landlord is obliged to give up the vacation rental due to the regulatory provisions put in place by the State related to the fight against Covid 19 (sanitary conditions, ban on renting, etc.).
However, this clause does not apply to other reasons for impediment that the tenant may invoke (closed beaches and restaurants, personal concern, etc.). Where applicable, the conditions of the penalty clause related to the deposit apply.
