Njut av Moab utomhus i vårt rymliga 3 sovrum och 2. 5 badrumsstuga (enhet 6A8). Bekvämt beläget bara 6 minuter från centrala Moab, erbjuder denna tillflyktsort perfekt helårs-tillgång till alla områdets aktiviteter.

Detta helt moderna och som nya bostad har ett fullt utrustat kök, gas spis, matsal och slutna uteplats med gasgrill. Rim Village Vista-utvecklingen erbjuder privata, lugna och vackert anlagda adobe stadsbostäder med gångbar gatubildning och bekvämligheter som gemensam pool (uppvärmd i slutet av mars - slutet av oktober), badtunnor (uppvärmd året runt), tennisbana och lekplats.

Bostaden erbjuder ett tvåbilsgarage för parkering och cykelförvaring, och det finns gott om parkeringsplatser för trailers etc. Denna stadsbostad har inrättats för att vara den ultimata semesteruthyrningen eftersom den har en cykelreparationsstativ och verktyg, pack / play, booster, spel etc.

Nice place with Beautiful surroundings

Great place! Stayed here to do some offroading. We brought 3 side by sides and a 50ft trailer. There was plenty of parking for the truck and trailer. Slept the six of us. 100 percent would sray here again. Had a couple of issues the the management resolved quickly.

Great Place in Moab

Awesome home to stay in!

Home was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with utensils and such. Host provided a nice little kit with soaps, scrubber, dishwasher and laundry supplies. Plus, we really appreciated the little booklet they provided with recommendations for the area. Garage was spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms very nice. Neighborhood seemed quite clean, safe, and friendly. Check in and check out processes were a breeze. I didn’t need to communicate much with the hosts, because they proactively sent us the information needed, they seem very professional. I highly recommend!

Clean and Quiet

This was a great basecamp for our Moab trip. Not too far outside of town and a nice neighborhood. The place was comfortable and clean.

Great place for OHV trips

If you have to street park, there is ample room, and it was pretty quiet out there. The master bed was great, and the unit is very new looking and well kept. Would definitely stay there again.

OFF ROAD TRIP

Stayed three days. Rented side x side from Moab Tour Company for 48 hours. Condo is accessible to non-street legal vehicles using Spanish Valley drive. Condo was fully equipped, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Another great trip to Moab.

Great house and property

This is our 3rd stay at thos property but 1st for this particular house. It was a perfect location for our hiking and rafting. Dark and quiet at night to view the fabulous night sky. We"ll be back

Moab Area Hiking Trip

Property was clean and quiet and well equipped. Good spot for access to some great hiking. Two of the best hikes, Hidden Valley and Fisher Towers, we found out about from info posted in the unit's laundry room. Many thanks to whoever left that great info.

FUN WEEK JEEPING disapointed in night life.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a little hard to find the sign showed to turn way to early. but the numbering of the house were little confusing. But other wise the house was nice and was cool to hae snow cones after a hot day. WE got back late after eatting in town and the pool would always be closed. at 930 and does not open till 10 we would be on the trails already and all day. I had to go threw the house to find towels. we had aloth of cooking things avaible when we did cook. The air conditioner had to be set at 72 we were uncomfortable at the end of the day to come back not able to swim and to a warm stay.

Clean condo close to everything in Moab

The property was clean and well maintained. We had lots of soft beach towels for the pool, the snow cone maker was a nice bonus! The front door lower handle could have a non-lock handle on it, we got locked out but the owner replied quickly. Not a big deal. They gave us plenty of dishwasher tablets and soap, which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend !

Well managed property

Family had a great few days at the condo. We enjoyed the tennis courts and views. Have stayed in the complex before and we were pleased with this unit. Great price and location for those not wanting to stay downtown.
