Villa of 45 m2 approximately, all comfort, 3 rooms + large mezzanine, for 6 people with garden, beautiful terrace, awning and permanent BBQ, deckchairs, garden furniture.
Recently renovated accommodation, close to La Clape, 800 m from the beach and 600 m from shops and restaurants in a small, quiet residence.

Duvets and pillows are available.

Endroit merveilleusement confortable. Proche de la plage et toujours calme. Maison décorée avec amour, avec de très beaux plats et tout ce que vous pouvez utiliser dans la cuisine. L'intérieur est idéal pour une maison de vacances. Si vous recherchez la paix et la tranquillité, le jardin verdoyant et bien entretenu offre différents endroits avec et sans soleil. Diverses chaises longues pour lire ou somnoler. Les équipements techniques (Wi-Fi, TV, climat) ne laissent rien à désirer. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accommodants en ce qui concerne les heures d'arrivée et de départ. La mer et la ville sont à un peu moins de 10 minutes à pied avec des équipements de base et des divertissements. Nous serions heureux de revenir.

L'hébergement est très bien situé lorsque vous voulez être à la fois proche de la plage et des commodités sans le tumulte des vacanciers (environnement calme). La location est cosy, propre et l'on s'y sent bien. De plus elle est très bien équipée. La.literie est de qualité. Le plus : la climatisation, ainsi que le petit jardin fleuri avec son barbecue. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement.

Schöne Tage in Saint Pierre la mer - gerne wieder!

Das kleine Ferienhaus von Guenaelle und Julien liegt in einer ruhigen Residenz im oberen Teil der Stadt. Strand, Einkaufen (Bäcker am Morgen), Restaurants, etc. ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Ein reservierter Parkplatz innerhalb der Residenz gehört dazu. Wir sind zum verabredeten Zeitpunkt von den sehr netten Vermietern erwartet worden. Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr sauberen und gemütlichen Zustand. Im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften ist alles mit sehr viel Liebe und Persönlichkeit eingerichtet. Das wird einem auch sehr schnell klar, wenn die beiden ihr Häuschen "vorstellen". Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Besteck, Küchenutensilien und weiteren Annehmlichkeiten ist überdurchschnittlich!! Sowohl das Erdgeschoss, als auch oben das Dachgeschoss sind mit Klimageräten ausgestattet. Was uns auch sehr gefallen hat, ist die zusätzliche "mobile Herdplatte" mit der man auf der Terrasse kochen/ braten konnte. Die Problematik fehlendes WLAN kann mit mobiler Datennutzung kompensiert werden. Allerdings muss aber evtl. der Anbieter manuell geändert werden! Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub in einem sehr gemütlichen Haus - wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Entspanntes Wohnen

Das Haus ist gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche hat man alles, was man braucht, auch Öl, Essig und Salz waren da. Es war ruhig und man konnte die ganze Nacht das Fenster auflassen. In der Anzeige steht etwas von Zwischengeschoss, in anderen Rezensionen hab ich auch was von Extra Zimmer unterm Dach gelesen. Es gibt unten ein Schlafzimmer mit (schmalem) Doppelbett, die Treppe rauf landet man in einem fensterlosen Raum mit Couch, TV und 2 Betten, durch eine Tür ist man da im zweiten Schlafzimmer mit (schmalem) Doppelbett. In dem fensterlosen Raum gibt es eine Klimaanlage, ebenso wie in der Küche. Größtes Manko: kein WLAN. Wir hatten auch kaum Internet-/Telefon -Empfang da oben. Die Kommunikation mit der befreundeten Familie im Nachbarort war so etwas schwierig. Trotzdem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Maison conforme à la description. Confortable et agréable à vivre pour une famille de 4 personnes ou plus. Vaisselle et matériel en nombre suffisant contrairement à beaucoup de locations avec le minium vital ! Accueil très chaleureux de nos hôtes : nous recommandons :)

wir waren sehr zufrieden

zu viert optimal. Bei 6 Personen die dann das Zimmer oben ohne Fenster zum schlafen nutzen müssen eher bedingt geeignet außer man lässt unten die Haustür und oben Zimmertür sowie Fenster zum durch lüften offen. Ansonsten wird es sehr schnell stickig. Hier sollte unbedingt ein Dachfenster nachgerüstet werden. Ansonsten war alles super. Wir haben in 2 Wochen fast ausschließlich die Fahrräder nutzen können um in der Umgebung unterwegs zu sein.
