Charming and inviting 1+ bedroom carriage house apartment. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood within minutes of Dordt University. Completely furnished with full kitchen including utensils, washer/dryer, WiFi/internet, Hulu live TV. Garage parking may be available upon request. The apartment features one traditional bedroom with king-sized Sleep Number bed, and one loft-style bedroom space with bunk beds to accommodate at least 3 additional guests. Almost 1200 square feet of light and airy living space with ample, open-floor-plan kitchen, dining and family room areas. Comfortably sized single bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The apartment is its own private space, separate from but adjacent to the house, which sits on a 2 acre lot. Dedicated and secure entry through the garage. Room on driveway for 2 regular sized vehicles. No larger trucks or trailers please. Enjoy beautiful views from the apartment balcony during the spring, summer and fall! Family-friendly. You won’t be disappointed!!
