2 room apartment completely renovated in a luxury building located close to the shops of the city center and the Grande Conche as well as 200m from the train station.
The view is clear with a glimpse of the sea.
A continuous balcony and a terrace allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors.
The apartment includes an entrance with cupboard overlooking the living room with a chaise longue, a round table and 4 chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 beds of 80x190 joined into one (160x190) and a wardrobe, a bathroom shower with sink, electric towel dryer and washing machine, separate toilet.

Location très bien située proche de la mer et des commerces, on peut tout faire à pied. L’appartement étant au 4eme et dernier étage, très belle vue sur Royan, de plus rien ne manque en équipement. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous reviendrons et recommandons cette location. Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir Marie-France et Johnny

L'appartement que nous avons loué était parfait. Tout était nickel, il y a vraiment tout pour passer un agréable séjour. On peut tout faire à pied,les commerces, le marché, la plage. La dame qui s'occupe de l'accueil était très agréable. C'est une de mes meilleures locations

Super location de vacance

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Location très bien située dans une résidence très calme . Appartement bien équipé ,clair et propre avec grande terrasse, parking privatif . Nous avons été accueillis par une personne super gentille pour la remise des clés. Je recommande cette location.

Location centrale agreable et fonctionnelle

Location centrale proche commerce et centre ville. Elle est bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont a l’écoute. En Février Royan est très très calme et reposant mais avec des commerces ouverts ce qui était notre objectif premier. Le Parking privatise du logement est un plus en centre ville. A recommander.

Tout était parfait, les échanges avec la propriétaire très arrangeante. C'est la première location ou je n'ai à racheter (ustensiles de cuisine etc Superbe terrasse et très silencieux la nuit, bien que tout soit à côté (plage, commerces, gare...restaurants... Allez y les yeux fermés.

Très bon choix !

L'appartement est très agréable et correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Très calme, il est pourtant à proximité de tous les commerces, du centre ville et de la plage. La grande terrasse (d'où on aperçoit la mer) et le balcon filant sur toutes les pièces sont un plus très appréciable. Nous avons découvert Royan et ses environs dans les meilleures conditions. Nous espérons bien pouvoir réitérer l'expérience !
