LIVING ROOM: fixed bench seat, 2 armchairs and flat screen television.
LARGE DINING ROOM: table with 10 seats. Access to the south-facing balcony, equipped with garden furniture.
KITCHEN: open to the dining room, fully equipped: 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, traditional oven, refrigerator with dishwasher freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, Dolce gusto, toaster, kettle... Access to the north-facing balcony.
