Beautiful two story home located in Evans, GA with 5 bedrooms including dual masters and 3 full baths and one half bath. Large yard with outdoor games and a covered patio with chairs and grill. Spacious, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, crock pot, InstantPot, Nespresso, toaster, can opener and outdoor gas grill. Wireless internet throughout the home, even when outside, and front load washer & dryer are available. This neighborhood, Riverwood Plantation, is very convenient to Publix, CVS, and several restaurants for all your grocery and personal needs, less than 0.5 mile away. Also, there is a neighborhood pool and pond less than 0.5 mile down the road. The Augusta National is about 14 miles from this home. Champions Retreat and Bartram Trail golf courses are very close to Riverwood Plantation if golfing is of interest during your stay.
