Quiet house 3 bedrooms + mezzanine with swimming pool at the gates of Pic Saint-Loup
A haven of peace awaits you in our bright 100m² house.
Between lazing in the sun and diving into the pool, let yourself be lulled by the song of the cicadas.
Quiet countryside spirit, in a pretty medieval village at the foot of the Pic Saint Loup. Ideally located between the Mediterranean Sea and the hinterland of Hérault and Montpellier.
Housing
The house is over 100m2 and can accommodate 8 people. Large terrace, swimming pool (accessible from June to August). Quiet and secure garden.
It has 3 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine: 2 bedrooms with double 140cm beds. 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds and a 140 bed on the mezzanine.
Bathroom with bath, separate wc, large garage.
The house has standard equipment (coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster.). It has a fireplace, reversible air conditioning and a barbecue.
