Great home base located between Acadia National Park and Schoodic Peninsula

Relax and enjoy our two bedroom home with all of the amenities that make it feel like home away from home. Bedroom one has a king size bed and bedroom two has a full size bed. Each bedroom has a flat screen television. Enjoy a beautiful outdoor living space with plenty of seating, grill and fire pit. Washer and dryer for your convenience; Wi-Fi and cable to stay connected to friends and family. Home is located 25 miles from Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor Maine and 20 miles to Schoodic Point - Acadia National Park, Winter Harbor Maine. 8 miles to Ellsworth for local downtown shopping, grocery stores and LL Bean outlet. 1 mile drive to scenic Tidal Falls (pictured). Our home is centrally located to enjoy miles of the Downeast Maine coast and all it has to offer. We have a second home available on shared driveway.

Our stay at the house was perfect for exploring Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. The house had everything we needed. Tiffany was easy to communicate with and responded so quickly to any questions I had. I would highly recommend staying at the house to anyone looking to spend time near Acadia.

This property was clean, nicely decorated and had a nice outdoor seating area for our family and for our dog to run around. The location was good for different adventures in the area. Our host was super responsive and organized and made us feel very welcome.

The house is as advertised. Clean home. Comfy king bed. It was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is between Acadia (40-60mins) and Schoodic(20ish mins). Be sure to check out bar harbor lobster pound for a lobster roll. Ironbound down the road has reallllly good food too. We would book again.

We were so impressed with how clean and lovely the rental was! The host went out of her way to make sure we would have everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house and yard were nice for our dogs, and I think it was a great location for trips to Acadia and other local spots. There is one other rental house that shares the area, and if you want to walk around a bit more you do need to take a car to get to quiet trails or the water. However, it’s a very convenient location to get to local restaurants and shops.

Beautiful home, every amenity was taken into consideration. The house was clean, smelled nice, pillows were comfortable and all appliances were in working order. We came to hike Acadia National Park and the distance from the park and access to other small towns was perfect. Highly recommend this listing

Very clean welcoming home. Nicely situated near popular attractions, but far enough out that you can enjoy peace and quiet after a long day. Tiffany is super responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay!

The house was in a great area, close enough to Acadia and Bar Harbor but not in the hustle and bustle of down town. House was pet friendly and we had a nice size yard for the dog to play in. The house was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice however if the host provided things like salt & pepper, coffee, etc. little things that were needed / wanted but annoying to bring with us from several states away.

Great location with a bit more secluded feel. Perfect in between distance from both sides of Acadia. Host was very responsive & the house was very well maintained and extremely clean. The little outdoor fire/grill area was great as well.

Beautiful and Peaceful
