About this property

House with garden completely renovated in the city center of Sartène

The 70m² house (air conditioned) is completely renovated and can accommodate 4 people.
It consists of an equipped kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and a 200m² garden including a swing, a barbecue, garden equipment (lounge, deckchairs ...) and a pétanque court.
A parking space is reserved in front of the house.

Its location, quiet while being in the city center (St Damien district), will allow you to visit the city on foot and discover all the heritage riches of Sartène.
You can also do your shopping easily (mini-market at 100m).

This rental is located 20 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the region (Roccapina, Tizzano, Campomoro ...), 45 minutes from Figari airport and 1 hour 30 minutes from Ajaccio airport and port, 15 minutes from the port of Propriano and 1 hour from that of Porto-Vecchio.

In order to receive you in the best conditions and to ensure your comfort, we provide you with:

Belle quinzaine à Sartène

Très jolie maison climatisée au calme mais proche des commerces et de la vieille ville. La maison est spacieuse et lumineuse. La terrasse est agréable. Anne, la propriétaire, est sympathique et de bon conseil. La location est bien située pour visiter le sud-ouest de la Corse ( Propriano, Bonifacio, Roccapina, Campomoro, Filitosa, Sainte Lucie de Tallano...). Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Sartène qui a beaucoup de charme et est très animée les jeudis soirs. Seul bémol : une douche, des crochets et porte-serviettes auraient été appréciés dans la salle de bain. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Super séjour dans ce logement tout équipé, très bien situé (a 2 minutes du centre ville à pied) et idéal pour les enfants. Anne et sa maman nous ont parfaitement accueilli et on su se rendre disponible tout au long du séjour. Je recommande fortement!

Propriétaire extra, à l'image du logement qui offre toutes les fonctionnalités. A quelques minutes du centre de Sartène. Pharmacie, commerces alimentaires, supermarché à deux pas. Rien à redire. La localisation est un atout car elle permet de rayonner sur une large zone.

SUPER MAISON

La MAISON à Sartene est très belle, les équipements sont au top. La terrasse , le jardin sont un vrai plus avec des enfants. La propriétaire nous à mis à l'aise comme si nous étions chez nous. Bonne accueil et bonne disponibilité de sa part. La localisation permet à ceux qui aiment bouger sur les plages (20 à 30 min) et aux rivières et cascades d'être à 1h des meilleurs lieux de la Corse du Sud. Nous recommandons fortement la location.
