Logan Springs Ranch es de 142 acres de árboles, senderos, arroyos y manantiales. Una hermosa propiedad para practicar senderismo, pesca o simplemente relajarse. La casa de 2140 pies cuadrados se encuentra en la cima de una colina con vista a un lago de 5 acres. La cubierta trasera y el porche proyectado ofrecen maravillosas vistas del lago y la propiedad. Lago y 2 estanques para la pesca de captura y liberación. Los senderos en toda la propiedad son excelentes para practicar senderismo y explorar.

Rara vez encuentras una propiedad que ofrezca acceso a 142 acres arbolados con senderos para caminatas y un lago para pescar. La casa fue remodelada recientemente con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos y acabados de primera línea.

La casa tiene dos habitaciones principales, cada una con baño privado y camas king size muy cómodas. La terraza acristalada tiene dos sofás cama para invitados adicionales. Hay dos televisores de pantalla grande para que pueda ver el juego mientras los niños ven dibujos animados. Great east Texas getaway. Remote enough for privacy and yet close enough to towns for short trips to eat out or go shopping.Home is nicely located by the 5 acre lake and has all the modern features. Yes, you can hear the natural gas plant in the area, but it’s not irritating and can’t be heard inside.Fishing is like fishing anywhere, it can be boom or bust, but I managed to catch some really nice bass. The bluegill fishing from the dock is phenomenal. Kids will love that!September heat prevented us from exploring all the trails, but the walks we did take were great. Excellent maps of the property are provided.The trolling motor for the small boat wasn’t working properly, but the owner has been notified and said that it will be taken care of.If you like nature and a nice home on a private lake, you can’t go wrong here.

A Fantastic Hideaway

This is a great find. The house is updated and well provisioned with all the basics unlike many rentals that get stripped bare after a booking. The property has many activities available including fishing, kayaking, horseshoes, darts, hunting and lots of walking/atv trails to explore. We had a wonderful time fishing in the lake which is full of bass, catfish and sun perch (I think). We will definitely be back in pursuit of that 8 pounder. A wonderful, relaxing and care free stay. Bravo to this VRBO owner.

4th July Family Celebration

We had a great time in Grapeland and the cabin was perfect. Fishing was great and plenty of trails to walk. Played board games, ate and fished. This little place is just off the grid. We ate out one night at the Stockmans Cafe.

Beautiful Property, Comfortable Retreat

The home is really done well. It is comfortable with everything needed and includes some impressive animal mounts. The property is fantastic with many great trails for hiking through the wooded terrain. Saw a deer and wood ducks and evidence of a lot of hog and deer movement. Unfortunately, weather turned out to be below freezing during our stay so we didn't utilize as much as we would have liked. The gas plant was burning off something one day, so it was a little loud for a few hours, but it didn't last and as mentioned, you can't hear inside. We hope to get back there... really impressive.

Summer trip 7/2020

Had the best time at Logan Springs Ranch! My family enjoyed the home and some time swimming and kayaking in the lake. It was private and peaceful, also very close to town. Wish we could have stayed longer, we will definitely be coming back to visit! We had everything we needed plus more! Very nice home!

Absolutely loved it!

We had a great long weekend of fishing, kayaking, paddle boating, hiking, and using the fire pit for s’mores. The house was very comfortable and clean, and the view is amazing! They even let us have a late checkout since no one was checking in the day we were leaving so we got to enjoy a leisurely last morning! We are already planning when we can come back!!

Second Visit -We Love Logan Springs Ranch

We just had our second visit to Logan Springs Ranch and it was just as good as the first time! You will not be disappointed, everything a destination get-away should be. Nothing is needed, Host Alma and Thelma made sure the cabin and grounds were ready for us. Gorgeous property, so much to do, private, quiet, clean. Our family plans to make this a regular visit. We have been both in the Summer and Fall.

Amazing!!

Our stay here was phenomenal and much needed! It was so peaceful and quiet (minus the noise of the mill near by). Our kids had a blast, fishing was great, evenings playing games...! Just what we all needed to unplug, unwind, and enjoy each other. The house and property are beautiful. It was clean, spacious for being just 2 bedrooms. I love the added security of the locking front gate. Will definitely stay again!!

Paradise in the pines

We had a great time at Logan Ranch! We enjoyed fishing the big lake and had access to the kayaks, peddle boat and small fishing boat with trolling motor. We hiked in and fished the smaller pond and had access to the canoe. We enjoyed the board games, darts and horse shoes. We loved having coffee in the morning on the patio and just taking in the beauty of the place. The cabin had all we needed to cook up a great family meal, it was clean, the beds and pillows were so very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at Logan Ranch.

Secluded Paradise

My wife and I stayed at this property and were completely satisfied with all that it provided. Our favorite part was that we had complete privacy with so much space. We felt like we were in our own world. The house is amazing with amenities and the showers were super spacious for a good clean right after a long hike. The trails were so interesting to explore. We loved the pond and caught a few bluegills there. The house deck overlooking the lake was great right after the day around 4 and was perfect to fire up the grill.

Logan Springs Ranch had everything we wanted. We were looking for acreage with trees, hilly with plenty of room to roam. We also wanted a lake that was spring fed and we could fish. Logan Springs Ranch checked all the boxes plus more!

We have a 5 acre lake and two other ponds on the property. They are all spring fed so we couldn't have asked for more.
