Freshly painted 2bed 2bath Condo, pool, ocean and intracoastal waterway views!

Our condo is top floor with a fantastic ocean view and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach! The living room and master bedroom are both on the front of the unit facing with a double size deck that looks out over the beach and ocean. The guest bedroom and kitchen both look over the deck,salt water pool, and intracoastal waterway! The neighbors are a combination of locals who live in their units and many are also renters like you so everyone is friendly and happy to be at the beach! Join us!

Also, I am an active member of my local community. I am a proud member of the State Committee of Miss North Carolina Scholarship Pageant, serving as the logistics and travel director. I also volunteer on the Board of Directors of the United Arts Council of Raleigh and Wake County and serve as both the Social Chairman and Newsletter Editor of my Raleigh neighborhood's homeowners association as well as President of Dunes III HOA which is in the next block.

Why they chose this property

This home jumped off the screen when we saw it for sale! The double deck that gives a wide view of the ocean was what we wanted most as we enjoy lots of friends spending time with us and relishing the beauty. We love having the master bedroom so you can wake up and see the ocean before leaving the bed. The other bedroom has a view of the intracoastal so no one misses out on the water views of this unit.
