Our villa is located in a fantastic location, Terhofstede, hamlet of Retranchement, calm and green, and this 2 km from the Het Zwin nature reserve, 5 km from Cadzand-bad beach and the picturesque village Sluis and 8 km from the fashionable seaside town Knokke.
From sunrise to sunset, you can enjoy the sun in the garden (about 500 m2), facing south and on the terrace, whether under our walnut or our fig tree.

The house is very spacious and bright with a large living room, equipped with an old dining table (extendable to 12 people), a cozy living room and an open fire. The fully equipped kitchen offers a view of the garden and the terrace, as does the breakfast room next door.

The first bedroom, equipped with 1 single bed, is also located on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is also a spacious bathroom with shower / tub and toilet. The entrance hall also gives access to a separate toilet.

On the first floor, accessible by the staircase from the entrance hall, are 3 spacious bedrooms, including the master bedroom (+ TV), with a total of 6 beds and a spacious bathroom which offers a magnificent view of the garden. .

The garage next to the house is equipped with a washing machine and lots of garden furniture. We also have 2 bikes at your disposal. Two parking spaces are available in front of the house. A rear entrance through our enclosed plot of 7000m², which is also available, also gives access to our villa.

You like a beach holiday or rather peace and quiet, both are possible here and can even be combined.

Children are more than welcome and will thoroughly enjoy the fantastic garden. Pets are also welcome (ground floor only).
