High Pointe 2323 This elegant condo sitting on the third floor offers great views overlooking the pool and out over the horizon of the Gulf of Mexico. The well-equipped modern kitchen and living area with upscale furnishings offer an open concept with plenty of space for the entire family. Pickleball courts and tennis courts are both on-site - a coveted and rare amenity in the area!

The Merchants of Seacrest Beach is located directly across the street less than 0.2-miles from the resort and has several boutiques and restaurants. There are also plenty of ice cream, coffee, snack, jewelry and t-shirt shops there as well. One mile away are the shops of 30Avenue with several exquisite dining options. 10 miles east you will find Pier Park in Panama City Beach.

Spring Break

We had a great time! The condo was convenient to shops and restaurants. All within walking distance. We loved being on the beach side and the pool was amazing. There were many kids out riding bikes but it was spring break and that was to be expected.

Great Condo and Property

Very happy with this condo and property. Great view of pool and ocean and we loved walking the beach only steps from the condo. Updated furniture and had everything we needed. You do need to bring (or buy) your own pool towels. Definitely recommend.

Great Vacation

We loved our stay at High Pointe! We loved that the condo came with 2 chairs & an umbrella. Our view of the pool & beach was really nice. Walking distance to coffee & dinner. Not to mention the restaurant right at the beach, so we didnā€™t have to leave for lunch. Our daughter loved the live music at Peddlers in the evenings. We would definitely come back!

Serenity in Seacrest

This is where you want to stay for a peaceful beach vacation. They take security seriously here. The amenities are so great that it I would overlook some issues. The private beach area with chair service made the trip perfect. In the public beach areas, people are packed like sardines, so this was awesome. The pool was really nice but spent the most time at the beach. It really bothered me that they donā€™t provide beach towels though. We appreciated the bikes and pickleball courts. This condo was very nice but beds not very comfortable. Location canā€™t be beat. Crabby Steveā€™s was good too.

The view is perfect! Located in the center of the building so itā€™s closest to elevator and trash shoot which was so nice and convenient. The condo needs some attention. The sheets on all the beds had hairs on them so I had to wash them immediately once we arrived. None were washed. Dirt specs and hair were present on all beds. The bedroom door to the 2 queen beds only shut if you slammed is so that was extremely hard if you had a sleeping child. The blinds in the kitchen were missing a slat so that was so noticeable. Our screen door needed work and I asked them to call on their way to fix it and they didnā€™t. They just walked right in and did it without letting us know or making sure we werenā€™t asleep. Not ok at all. The bedroom floor needs swept and mopped. Especially under the beds. All in all our stay was descent. The housekeeping needs to be much better and the door and blind need fixed.

Closed Amenities, dirty floors, awesome beach

The accessibility to the beach is the number one reason to stay here. We were highly disappointed that the homeowner association decided to repair the pool over a busy fall break. Not Vacasa fault, but it was a bummer for our kids. We had also looked forward to tennis but the courts were in terrible condition and closed the whole time we were there. The security staff was overboard strict about the armbands, telling us that our children didnā€™t need to wear them, but then yell at them if they saw them without an armband. Our floors were extremely dirty and Vacasa cleaning crew wouldnā€™t come back to clean after check in because we already had our personal belongings in there. This specific unit was lacking many kitchen necessities (no oven mit, cutting board), little hot water, slow internet, outdated TV. First world problems, but you still expect more at premium prices. All that to say you wonā€™t be disappointed in the sunsets on the beach by Crabbys.

Absolutely wonderful service checking in and out at our condo in High Pointe. The pre-text and emails on expectations were very helpful. Check out was even easier with all steps needed texted. Would use their service again.

Photos deceiving/didnā€™t get what was promised

Wonā€™t stay again. Pros: very good location Nice pool Cons: *Condo is in disrepair. Tons of unrepaired damage to the walls, furniture, etc. broken furniture in multiple places, torn pillows, poorly patched walls, broken lights, broken tiles, lights that didnā€™t work, loose outlets, and more. *Not very clean. Stained towels, very dirty walls, bad smell like vomit in kitchen, dirty sofas, stained blankets, mold around bathroom sink, stained ironing board, etc. *Uncomfortable beds. Mattress in 2nd bedroom had such a deep sag in the middle you had to sleep on the very edge of the bed. *Photos very deceiving. Decor is very old, unmatched and looks generally like all the furniture and wall hangings came from multiple old houses. Furniture looks to be about 20 years old and like it came from my grandmothers house. *The bikes that were promised were not there. After spending a day on the phone I was told that no one could help me because the attendant only works from 8-5 M-F. I never received a call the next day and never got a resolution and wasnā€™t able to use any bikes. Since people come for the weekend usually, and we were only there for a few days, this was not acceptable. I paid an amount based on promised amenities. This should really be refunded. Condo was priced similarly to others in the area and value was bad. I have stayed at others in this area that were much better. Did not get my moneys worth for sure.

Stay at Highe Pointe 2323

This property was amazing! All was great. Great view of pool and ocean. The fan in the master did not work without light on, the water in the guest bathroom sink did not get warm. Other than that, it was great! Loved the decor and the mood it set!

Great stay!

This unit was perfect for our family of 4! Great location and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed having the 2 chairs and umbrella and our kids LOVED the pool. There are great restaurants near by!

Lovely weather and beautiful condo view; nice master shower. The pool and amenities were closed.

The condo premises were lovely. Beautiful view. The down side was pool closed 6 out of 7 days; security gates not working and elevator out of service multiple days. We have stayed at High Pointe for 10 years - this was the first year that we experienced the loss of amenities. We were supplied 2 arm bands initially though we secured our reservation with 4 people. Tatianne B was helpful in Vacasa office.

Beautiful condos

This condo was very nice. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Kid friendly huge pool and close to amazingly gorgeous white sand beach. Lovely upscale area. We will definitely visit again soon.
