Descripción detallada:
Apartamento con encanto, cómodo y con un balcón con vistas, tipo dúplex, en pleno corazón del Casco Histórico de Toledo. A 50 mts de la Catedral y Plaza Mayor y muy cerca de todos los monumentos de la Ciudad.
Parking gratuito y de pago cercanos. Yo te recojo del punto de llegada y te acompaño.
Wifi gratis. Ascensor. Aire Acondicionado y Calefacción.
Situado en la primera planta de un edificio señorial del S. XVIII, perfectamente rehabilitado, con puerta antigua de entrada y bonito patio toledano. Tiene 68 metros cuadrados.
Decorado y equipado pensando en la comodidad de los huéspedes
El apartamento, con suelos y techos de madera, tiene en la planta de abajo una cocina independiente y totalmente equipada, con electrodomésticos y toda clase de menaje; un aseo y un salón, que dispone de un sofá cama, muy cómodo, con colchón de 1,40; televisión, mueble aparador, mesa para comer y un rincón acogedor para lectura y ocio. En la planta alta hay un amplio dormitorio, con cama de 1,50; un práctico vestidor y un cuarto de baño grande, con todos los elementos y cabina de hidromasaje.
Ambas estancias, planta baja y superior, dan a la calle a través de un gran ventanal, con vistas a la Catedral.
Toda la casa dispone de calefacción y aire acondicionado. Agua caliente por termo eléctrico.
Se facilita ropa de cama y de baño completa. Productos básicos de alimentación para cocinar y de aseo como jabón de mano, gel y champú.
Tiene capacidad para cuatro personas adultas.
No se admiten mascotas ni fumar en el apartamento.

Spacious apt in historic area

Last minute stay in Toledo. Apartment was spacious and had everything, even 2 bathrooms. Our host was so kind and helpful , even picking us up from the train station. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Apartment

Our stay was a wonderful experience. Luis picked us up from the train station and was extremely kind and helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a getaway in Toledo. It is beautifully decorated and the building is impeccable with an elevator. My family and I did not want to leave, cannot wait to return.

Wonderful Toledo

The 2 apartments were wonderfully decorated and very clean. Luis was a wonderful host. My daughter broke her foot and he was attentive and so kind. The location is spectacular with a bakery down the street a short ways for fresh pasteries. We loved our experience in Toledo

Highly Recommend!

Apartment is perfectly located and has all necessary amenities. Host was fabulous - picked us up from the train station and took us to the apartment. He explained everything in detail and was very responsive to our follow-up questions. He also offered to make dining reservations for us and arranged our taxi ride back to the train station. Very helpful!

Too Good To Be True!

This apartment was perfectly located, extremely clean and well furnished... all for a very reasonable price. We stayed for four nights in the middle of a six week trip to Spain and this was the best apartment yet! Every last detail from extra blankets to water bottles in the refrigerator to children's books were carefully provided. The absolute best part was the care and attention from the owner and his family. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Toledo!

Perfect in every way

First of all, our host Luis was remarkable. He went above and beyond any expectations we could have had. Our location was close to the center of town, but on a quiet side street. Our apartment was comfortable, with fun funky decor and had everything we needed. Plus it was behind a locked door with a terrace in the center. Would definitely stay there again but for longer ….

Fantastic place and host!

Luis — from the time of our initial reservation was very helpful and responsive. He picked us up from the parking garage and arranged a taxi upon departure. So appreciated. The city is hilly with very narrow streets. The garage was the right choice for us. The free parking lots were very full. His place is beautifully appointed and supplied so many nice thoughtful items. We will return and hopefully stay with Luis in his magical city of Toledo!

Amazing

Everything about our stay was great. I really recommend this property. I stayed along with two more people for about 5 days and we had no issue. Toledo is a great city with beautiful scenery and great people. We had a blast. One 30min train ride to madrid to explore the city or madrid. Luis was asking me everyday if i needed anything. He even ordered a taxi for us when we left. He had his assistant Silvia pick us up from the train station and she was really njce. Overall 10/10. Thank you luis.

The Best For Toledo

This is a must if you want to experience Toledo! It is literally 3 minutes to the cathedral and a 10 to 15 minute walk, anywhere else. Luis the owner is FANTASTIC. He helped us schedule train schedules with our flights and even made us dinner reservations each night at top restaurants. We will definitely come back!!!!! If your not from Spain - language challenged, and not familiar with the area, having an apartment so close to everything, with an owner merely a text away, should move this selection right to the top.

Perfect Location

This was our second trip to Toledo, a place we love to visit. The first VRBO place where we stayed was up for sell so we chose this one. We cannot recommend this apartment more highly. The owner, Luis, was extremely helpful, even agreeing to pick us up and take us back to the train station. The apartment was very modern and clean, well-equipped and cozy. The double bed was very comfortable and great for two people. We used the AC at night and it worked very well.The location cannot be better for visiting all the sites within the walls. There is no problem with noise as the town becomes very quite at night. The apartment is one flight of stairs up but there is a lift (elevator) as well. We will definitely stay here again in our favorite city of Spain.

Excepcional.

Un apartamento céntrico, muy bien decorado y muy limpio. Pero lo mejor y más importante fue el trato amable y humilde que recibimos por parte de Luis, incluso nos traslado desde un parking público hasta el apartamento. Sin lugar a dudas lo recomendaré. Gracias Luis.

Mooi appartement, goede locatie, zorgzame eigenaar

We hebben een geweldige week gehad. Appartement is gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaar is zorgzaam en betrokken. Kwam ons bij de parkeergarage ophalen om ons zelf naar het appartement te brengen. Appte de dagen erna geregeld om te vragen of alles oké was, en of we nog iets nodig hadden. Super lief! Dankjewel Luís voor een geweldige week!

Beautiful Toledo

Luis was awesome! He drove us to and from the train station, and shared with us points of interest about his beautiful city. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable , conveniently located near the cathedral and other points of interest. If given the opportunity, I would not hesitate to rent this lovely jewel again.

This apartment, situated in the centre of historic Toledo, was absolutely beautiful. Our host, Luis, picked us and dropped us off up at the train station. Luis provided us with information on attractions, restaurants, etc. The apartment was very well appointed with modern furnishings, two washrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Why would anyone want to stay in a small hotel room when you could stay in a lovely apartment with historic sites, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. A big thank you to Luis for his wonderful care.

This is my all time favorite stay. The apartment is exactly as pictured, location could not be better, impeccably clean and comfortable. The clincher is that Luis, the host, loves his guests and is completely charming and sincere. We were skeptical when he offered to pick us up at the train station and take us to the apartment. It was not a come on, he just wanted to make us feel welcome and give us some tips on how to get the most out of our stay in his city - beautiful Toledo. The apartment itself was well equipped. Kitchen was adequate for simple meals, including making espresso. We took advantage of doing laundry in the washer, with included detergent. Great value and wonderful experience.

Perfect location for walking to cathedral, monuments and food. Highly recommend!

We stayed here two nights and were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. Luis recommended some tasty places to eat and he was very kind and picked us up from the train station. The main plaza is only a 5 minute walk and the cathedral is basically the next door neighbor. We hope to come visit again and stay in the same place.
