Small house of 35 m² adjoining on one side located in a residence close to the beach and shops in St Jacques en Sarzeau.

On the ground floor :
- A living room with a BZ sofa overlooking the garden

-Bedroom 1: 140 double bed and wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: Bunk beds
- A bathroom with shower

- A small enclosed garden with a terrace equipped with a garden furniture and barbecue
