One of the cleanest properties we have stayed in around the Orlando area! Location was close to all parks, restaurants, and grocery store. Kevin was extremely easy to communicate with. Everything you may need was there. Would highly recommend this property.

This property is exactly how they said it was-all rooms/bathroom were clean. Close location to Disney & very family-friendly. We didn’t get a chance to go to the pool area due to time constraints, however, next time we’ll stay longer! We definitely will choose this property again on our next visit to Orlando. Jones Family

This place was perfect for us, everything needed for our stay was here. We loved how clean and fresh the house was on arrival along with the welcome snacks and necessities to get us started. The community and main pool was awesome! The hosts were amazing and very prompt to deal with. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for our Disney / Universal holiday- very well presented villa that had plenty of space and everything we needed to feel at home - it was close to the parks, the on-site facilities were great (in particular the kids loved the hot dogs from the pool bar), there were a bunch of options for dinner within a short drive, and the biggest hit was the pool in the villa where the kids would have happily spent the entire holiday!

Easy check-in, clean beautiful home. Pool was nice to have for a relaxing soak after spending all day the parks. Close to parks! Getting in through the security gate was backed up at times. One suggestion is adding an extension cord to the master bedroom for charging devices. Thanks for a wonderful stay and the snacks! Can’t wait to try the waffle recipe!

The townhouse was exactly as described and pictured. We appreciate the great communication with operator. When there was a slight maintenance issue the team quickly responded to our contact and had the issue resolved quickly and efficiently with limited interruption to our stay. The house was clean and well equipped with an above average amount of products to get us started (paper products, soap(s), garbage bags, and even a couple of snacks) . We have stayed at similar properties in the area and found this one to be top notch. We will absolutely be trying to stay here on future trips.

Great location! 15 min to ESPN World and Disney. Very clean and the host was very responsive. It met all of our needs! We will definitely be back! The pictures were spot on!

The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We've stayed at Windsor Hills a handful of times and will surely come back to this particular rental next year. It was amazing!

Lovely townhouse that was perfect for our family of 4. The Silver Spoon house had enough space to share and have our own corners if we needed to. The place is well decorated, clean and with supplied necessities. From the pictures, we thought the splash pool would be too small for us and our older teenagers, but we loved it for a quick dip and even some beach ball fun. We also spent time at the resort pool, just a 3-4 minute walk, which was great. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions. This was our first time in Windsor Hills and would love to come back. We would definitely stay at the Silver Spoon house again.

Purchased the townhome to provide our guests with the best vacation experience for their Disney vacation. We love visiting our properties and updating the unit as much as possible. We enjoy owning and managing the townhome for visitors.

This property is an end unit, which is larger and more private than most townhomes. The pool area backs up to a unique green space that has a walking track and lounge area. This unit was fully renovated in 2018 and meticulously maintained by the management company and the owners.
