Appartement très bien situé, facile d'accès, près des commerces, bien équipé. Il a un certain cachet. En revanche, il est mal isolé. (passoire thermique). Et les consommations d'électricité et d'eau ne sont pas comprises dans le prix total.

La résidence date d'une certaine époque et les normes thermiques n'étaient pas les mêmes qu'aujourd'hui. Les consommations ne sont pas comprises dans le prix total ce qui est stipulé dans l'annonce. Vous en avez eu pour 13,09 euros ce qui n'est pas excessif pour 1 semaine de vacances. Nous vous accueillerons avec plaisir lors de vos prochaines vacances.

UNE TRES BONNE LOCATION

Appartement très agréable, ensoleillé et bien entretenu. Vue idéale sur la mer. En revanche vaisselle et matériel de cuisine de bric et de broc récupérés d'usages anciens et donc pas au niveau de l'appartement.
