THE SPACE

IMPORTANT : This apartment was newly renovated in May 2026.

You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment in central Paris.

This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.

The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more!

The apartment is located a few minutes from Montmartre - Sacré Coeur. It is one of the favorite districts of Parisians with many restaurants, cafes and shops. It is also not far from the Louvre Museum and a large number of famous monuments are nearby. The Gare du Nord train station is a few steps from the apartment which makes it very easy to access.

This apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room where you can meet comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The dining area has a dining table for 8 and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.

Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places.

You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.

Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

HOUSE RULES

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.

A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

We had a wonderful stay in this property. It is as advertised: tastefully furnished, clean, and with a great location. The many windows to open and enjoy the spring air are an added bonus. The staff is truly exceptional and communicative before, during, and after check in.Altogether a 5-star experience.

Apartment is beautiful and well equipped. The living room is spacious and ample seating to relax. I wish I could give 5 stars but the area is not the greatest. If you are looking for quick access to the train, it’s perfect but the crowd that hangs out from mid afternoon until around 23:00 makes the area feel unsafe. Since there is no A/C we needed to keep the windows open and it was extremely noisy with people loitering. 20 min walk to Sacré-Cœur which was great! Unfortunately again, the neighborhood between the apartment and destination was not ideal.35 min walk to the Tuileries was a very easy enjoyable walk through beautiful areas.

Great property! We loved that it was steps away from Gare Du Nord so we could drop our bags immediately and hit the town. The place was clean and spacious and well decorated (my daughter enjoyed flipping through the books in her room). We loved that it had windows opening into the quiet private courtyard. Adonis helped get us checked in and was very friendly. Great quick stay for us in Paris!

The hosts were very accommodating to us as our incoming travel was very delayed. They were in constant communication on check in day which allowed us to not stress about being late.The apartment was exactly as advertised. Large enough for our family, bright, clean and in a great location close to the metro and restaurants.

Paris Overnighter

The apartment as lovely. The rain showers were amazing and the bed very comfortable. Located next to the train station. We had hot and humid weather in Paris so only fans were available and it was suggested not to leave the windows open.

A great place to stay

This was our first time in Paris and to make things easy we chose this flat because it was close to the train station for Eurostar. Communication with the property manager was excellent and they met us on time to walk us through the flat and present the keys. It’s a second floor flat overlooking a fairly busy street during the day but at night it was quiet. It didn’t matter to us because we were gone all day. The flat was very spacious and had all the comforts of Home, except air-conditioning, which didn’t matter to us because we were there during a nice time of the year. Taxis, Uber and the underground are just steps away when needed. You will not have any problem finding a place to eat because there are dozens of restaurants within a short walk. Enjoyed our time and would return again.

MAGNIFIQUE! Great Location, Amazing Host!

We LOVED our stay. There were 8 of us coming from the US and we lived/slept comfortably. The location was PERFECT! Right next door to Gare du Nord, you could get anywhere in the city so easily. At the same time, there are countless things to do just walking from the apartment. The accommodations were exactly as the listed stated/pictured. We always felt safe, and loved having the full kitchen as an option, although we didn't use it much at all since there are countless cafes/restaurants so close. The grocery store is right at the ground level of the building, so convenient! We LOVED taking the electric bikes at night and biking to the Eiffel Tower and all around the city. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We would absolutely stay here on my next trip to Paris! Also, if you are GF, there are AMAZING GF cafe's, restaurants, street food within walking distance.

Not a good area of Paris

The apartment itself was lovely, although there is no air conditioning, it is extremely hot and noisy. You cannot leave the windows open at night to cool off due to the noise and the unsafe area. Very clean and well stocked with towels and necessities. Our only complaint was the area, as this was our first time to Paris we did not know what to expect. When the grocery store will not sell you alcohol after 5:00 pm due to the laws in this area to keep noise and crime levels down that tells you what kind of area it is. This is not a rant about the apartment but just to warn those who may choose to rent with a young family with children or elderly folks, a safer neighborhood might be worth the extra money in Paris.

Location très bien située et le calme de la nuit est appréciable.De plus la proximité du métro facilite les déplacements. Tant qu'à l'appartement, le confort et la propreté ont été appréciés. Enfin, un équipement en vaisselle plus étoffé serait souhaitable . Ceci étant, nous sommes petits et grands ravis de notre séjour.
