1 double room for 2 people with duvet -
1 room with 2 beds of 1 person with duvets -
1 small room with 1 bed of 1 person in 120cm (old bedding) -
ENERGY CHARGES INCLUDED. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Electric heating. Parking spaces. Washing machine. Good condition (maintenance and painting). Simple comfort (house not renovated).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, extra pet (1 only dog allowed), deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August, other periods: week.
