East Side: Bedrooms #3 & #4 each with King beds and their own private ensuite bathrooms
A bonus Den with Sofas, TV & Queen sofa sleeper.
Laundry room with wash washer/dryer.

Casita: The Private guest house is an expansive room with walk in closet, full bathroom
sitting room with TV and a sleeper sofa + another room with 2 Queen Beds.
The Casita can sleep 6 total.

Walk through the gated entry to the front door and you arrive inside the Foyer with 18’ ceilings and a view
of the Golf course and pool deck as you continue into the Great Room. The foosball & pool tables are here,
as well as the circular dinning room. The bar and fireplace to your right, complete with sink and refrigerator.
To your left is the main TV and sitting area, and finally the Kitchen and breakfast nook that all look out
over the expansive pool deck, back yard & Golf Course.

Playing 3 of the legendary PGA WEST golf courses, visit the restaurant and bars, or the Pro shop, putting greens
and driving range. Eat and drink on property at Ernie’s Bar & Grille, or Wallaby’s Bar & Grille that is a short walk down the street.

Fabulous 5 bedroom House in La Quinta, California
The house was exactly as pictured on Vrbo. It was clean and had all the amenities. The only problem we had were figuring out the TV’s. The instructions given 24 hours before we arrived were right on point. I would suggest, if you have children, to ask them to heat the pool before you get there as it’s a large pool and takes a long time to heat. We did not know the Tennis tournament was on when we were there, so the town was very busy. We would definitely rent this property again - just not during the tournament! Thank you to Seba for all of her help.

Nice house, so so rental agency.
House was very nice. Perfect size for our group of 8 adults and three grandchildren. Fruit flies throughout the kitchen and breakfast nook area were a problem though. Nasty little things they were. I asked for the pool to be heated and I don't think it ever was. The adults didn't use it, said it was too cold and they didn't think it was heated. Gate people wouldn't allow more than 4 guest gate passes, that was a pain in the ass because we were there celebrating my wife's 70th birthday and some of the guests were told they had to be picked up at the gate. The woman at 5 Star that I had to call a few times was totally rude and very argumentative. She just loved to hear herself talk and wouldn't listen at all. She was way out of her depth handling customers. I would recommend the house but not through 5 Star vacation rentals

Seniors grump golf outing
We had a wonderful stay with the property and community. However we had some problems with the oven, very dirty. The food garbage disposal was broken, the barbecue hood need to be secure, the beds were comfortable but their were to many temporary type beds in some of the rooms.. that it… I’m a senior so the furniture was very low and difficult to get in and out of… suggest replacing the furniture, it smells old and well used. Cheers
