Large house of 180m2 completely renovated for less than two years, composed on the ground floor of a large very well equipped family kitchen, a large dining room and a large library lounge and a WC.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, two of which are large with queen size bed and bunk beds, a shower room with WC, a bathroom with WC and a laundry room.
A large, fully enclosed courtyard provides an intimate outdoor space with sitting area and sheltered dining area.
The swimming pool area not overlooked has a superb unobstructed view of the valley and the wooded park and the meadow.
Petanque court, sheltered ping-pong table, darts and trampoline complete the house for lively holidays.
