This 8th floor condo is one of the nicest in the entire building & has many upgrades to include fresh paint throughout, all new appliances & hardwood flooring throughout, large flat screen TVs, new bedding, brand-new couches, granite counter tops, fully equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee machine & brand-new full-sized washer/dryer.

You'll also have free, private WiFi.

The Parking Pass is an additional $50 and wristbands are $6/each, Every guest 6yr old and older are REQUIRED to have on a wristband. After booking, you will receive an email from "Park N Spot" with a link to purchase the parking pass and wristbands.


The spacious Master Bedroom has a King bed with TV, ceiling fan and insanely beautiful views, while the private bathroom has a garden tub, walk-in shower, double vanities & walk-in closet.

The Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan and full ensuite bathroom.

The Bunk Room has Triple Twin Bunkbeds that can sleep up to three (3) children. ***Only children nine (9) years and older are allowed to climb or sleep on the top bunk. Weight limit per bunk is 150 lbs. max.

There is also a Pack n' Play available for use in the condo.

Large outdoor balcony overlooks the lovely pool area and has unobstructed, stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Located in the Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium building, this condo is close to the action in Panama City Beach from Pier Park, Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, PuttPutt golf courses to award-winning restaurants. The Boardwalk Beach Resort has a fabulous resort pool area, spas & fantastic enclosed kids splash-pad play area that your family will love. The Resort also has 24/7 Security and a yummy restaurant called “Under The Boardwalk” as well as the “Island Breeze Corner Market”.
