Thank you Jessica for your very nice review. Just to clarify for all future traveler's both bedrooms in this condo do ahve a regular door for privacy. All of the condos at tidewater with this configuration have a bunk area off of the hallway with a bathroom as shown in the photos. There is no capability to have a door in the opening accessing the bunkbed & bathroom area. That is why the owners installed a curtain across that opening to provide some privacy typically for children who normally use the bunk beds but are also big enough for adults.

If there was a problem with it while you were here we wish you had called us on our customer service number provided for maintenance issues but we will check it out a fix whatever may be wrong.

It is very difficult to match the preferences of our guests for mattress firmness from soft to extra firm. We are sorry you did not find it to meet your preference.
