Our house invites you to disconnect from the worries of everyday life and to enjoy the calm, relaxation and beauty of its natural environment, in the heart of the Sierra de Espadán natural park. Breathe, filling you with the energy of nature. and experience the pleasure of rural life with its leisurely rhythm. If you like to walk, here you will discover paths and corners full of charm in the lush forests of cork oaks.

It is a house of the s. XIX located in the old town, without traffic and of Muslim origin and only 100 meters from the forest .. In 2003 we reformed it following criteria of bioconstruction and feng shui, all with traditional and natural materials (stone, mud, wood, cork etc.) free of chemicals, but above all with much love.
Electricity is of renewable origin and there is waste selection.
The house has three floors. In the main one there is a hall, the fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, a
dining room that communicates with the terrace and overlooking the mountain. From the terrace down a staircase, to the interior garden where the yew that gives its name to the house and where there is also a barbecue and a fountain. On the upper floor there is a large and diaphanous room with two double beds and a full bathroom, with shower and whirlpool. On the lower floor there is a room with wooden and stone walls and two single beds that communicates with the garden.

The accommodation is very well located, in the mountains but near the beaches of the orange blossom coast.

It has a good Wi-Fi connection, 32-inch flat screen HD TV with all kinds of connection (HDMI)
It is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and basic products (salt, sugar, oil, tea, coffee, cloths, detergent). We also provide sheets, towels, firewood, and charcoal for the barbecue. It has a smoke detector and fire extinguisher, iron and board, hair dryer and iron.
The mattresses are viscoelastic and orthopedic.
There is a small library with nature guides, poetry, personal growth. There are also board games.

We can offer you information about the area and everything that can be seen and done.

The neighborhood

The town has many services: swimming pool, tennis, shops, bank, pharmacy, restaurants. There is the interpretation center of the natural park. Several artisans offer products such as honey, natural cosmetics and virgin olive oil. Our house is in the narrow streets without traffic of the old town and one hundred meters from the cork oak forest. Ideal for rest.
