Newly built apartments on the banks of the River Shannon and located in a secure private marina development.

The apartments are located in the village of Ballyleague, Co. Roscommon. The village shares a border with the town of Lanesborough in Co. Longford and sits at the northern end of Lough Ree. This offers a multitude of recreational options for guests, from watersports and fishing to river cruises and nature walks.

Ballyleague-Lanesborough is situated in the centre of Ireland and is less than a 2 hour drive from each of Dublin, Galway or Limerick, as well as just 35 minutes from Athlone. As such it is ideally located for a short term stay in Ireland.

The apartments are fully furnished and guests will be provided with fresh towels and bed linens. There is also a convertible sofa bed for additional guests, travel cots for babies/toddlers and a comfy pet bed for your dog!

There is a fully equipped kitchen, free high speed wi-fi for the duration of your stay and we also provide books, board games and a smart TV with Netflix.

The apartment is located in a stunning location within a secure private marina development and offers amazing views of the River Shannon and Lanesborough bridge. We have fitted out our apartments with high quality modern furnishings, as well as some extra personal touches, in order to make every guest's stay as comfortable as possible.

Bedroom - Bright double bedroom with king size bed and fresh all natural linens. The room has a large built-in wardrobe and under-bed storage. We can also provide additional blankets and electric blankets if required

Kitchen - Newly fitted kitchen, fully equipped with electric oven/hob, fridge freezer, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is also fully stocked with cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs and a variety of cooking utensils

Living - Open plan living room with armchairs and large sofa which can be converted to a sofa bed if required. There is also a 43" HD smart TV with Saorview and Netflix available. We provide bluetooth speakers, as well as lots of books and board games to keep you entertained throughout your stay.

Bathroom - Large bathroom with all new ceramic fittings and a pumped electric shower. Each guest will be provided with fresh towels, toiletries and. There is also additional storage shelving with extra guest towels.

Utility Room - the utility room has ample storage space, houses a washer dryer (detergent/softener provided) and is fully stocked with cleaning equipment, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, a clothes horse and shoe/coat racks.

Extras - We can provide lots of guest extras such as blankets, travel cots, pet beds and we are happy to assist with any requests which you might have during your stay.

As a family run accommodation we can be available at short notice to attend if there is anything you need or if you want to make any particular bookings or arrangements.
