Brillante di fascino e raffinatezza, questo condominio con vista sull'oceano a piena vista è a due passi dalla bellissima sabbia e onde proprio fuori dalle porte del patio. Inondata di luce naturale, soffitti a volta e spazi aperti luminosi, questa casa offre una pianta aperta, che conduce direttamente a un balcone sull'oceano dove le viste cristalline sull'Atlantico sono davvero impareggiabili. La spiaggia è tranquilla e privata - una scoperta davvero rara.

Situata nella tranquilla Melbourne Beach, in Florida, questa residenza cittadina ha accesso diretto a una vista a 180 gradi sull'oceano, spiagge private pulite e tranquille, ma a pochi minuti da negozi di alimentari e ristoranti.

Ci sono due master suite separate. Il master di livello inferiore ha un nuovissimo comodo letto queen size e un divano letto queen size per un ulteriore spazio per dormire. La suite privata è al piano terra e si apre al suono delle onde proprio fuori dalle porte del patio.

Lovely Beachside House

This was a lovely property with a great location, it was so easy to get to the beach! And the house had everything we needed, so no need to go shopping for supplies. Angela was very responsive and so friendly!

Awesome view

The view of the ocean from the balcony was awesome. You are so close to the water. The beach is only a few steps away and not crowded at all. We would highly suggest staying here if you are looking for a nice quiet get away.

Heaven in Melbourne Beach

Our family of three (myself, husband and 22 year old son) have been vacationing in Melbourne, Florida for many years. We've rented various townhomes in the same complex, but this townhouse was without a doubt the best, loveliest, most comfortable home we've had the pleasure of renting. The owners provided excellent communication as well as information on their townhouse and the Melbourne Beach area. Every time I asked a question, I received a prompt reply. Angela was super friendly and very helpful! The townhouse is oceanfront with the beach just steps away. The view is incredible and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves roll in. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and the beds were SO comfy! The kitchen is fully equipped and the appliances easy to use. The living room offers the spectacular views of the beach and ocean. There are plenty of places to sit and read a book, watch tv or indulge in the ocean view. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas are all provided. There is also a washer and dryer located in the garage which made doing laundry so easy. All in all, we loved everything about the townhouse and our stay. The owners have created a slice of Heaven in Melbourne Beach. Their townhome is a real treasure and we can't wait to visit again soon. Thank you for a wonderful, memorable family vacation!!!!

Cant wait to come back!

Our stay at this beachfront house was absolutely awesome! Being right across from the beach, we had the perfect view of the waves crashing, which was so relaxing and beautiful to watch. Surviving Hurricane Melton was a challenge, but our host was fantastic, keeping us updated and making sure we were safe and well-informed. The house had everything we needed to cook, which made it easy to enjoy meals at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The garage was packed with toys and beach gear, and although we didn't have the best weather, we made the most of it. Riding the provided bikes along the beach was a fun highlight when the weather allowed. Overall, the house, amenities, and location were perfect, and we can’t wait to come back for a longer stay when the weather cooperates!

A Lovely Townhome Steps From The Waves

Thanks for a beautiful, well kept home away from home! Easy entry, all of the amenities plus some extras, beautiful and comfortable bedding and furniture, and a spectacular view through panoramic windows. Angela responded quickly to our inquiries, she is a great host! Stay here, you will LOVE it!

Beach Heaven

The townhouse directly on the ocean was so comfortable. The unit was super well stocked with everything you could need to enjoy the beach, cook meals, and just relax. We all especially loved the big round chair by the sliding glass doors and the hammock chairs on the patio. Check in was super easy and the hosts were always responsive. I think this is the best beach rental we’ve ever stayed in.

Definitely coming back

Had a great time at this place. House was very nice. Love this time of year for vacation so you don’t have to deal with crowds. We were the only people on the beach within several hundred yards each way. We will definitely be coming back to this one.

Location Location Location!!!

We loved hearing the waves right outside our window! The weather was super hot, so we didn’t spend a lot of time on the beach, but did enjoy a walk along the water a few times! The beds were comfortable, kitchen had whatever we needed, and host was very responsive to the few minor issues that were easily resolved. The place is very beachy wood beamed ceilings, coastal decor, and plentiful towels and beach supplies. There are stairs between every room and a few spots where some gates or barriers would be needed for small kids. We were there over the 4th and could see fire works from 3 or 4 surrounding towns right from our balcony. It was also turtle nesting season, so we saw many tracks into the water every morning! There are even a couple bunnies around the bushes/grassy area…so cute! Overall a great stay!

Wonderful trip

I can’t wait to get a chance to return for another stay here. There is literally nothing you need to bring besides yourself and your clothes! You are steps away from the ocean, there are many small amenities close by, and the beach is yours alone. We never saw more than a handful of people the whole time we were out. Such a beautiful place to decompress and relax.

Love, love!

We loved everything about our stay at this lovely home on Melbourne Beach! The quiet location was perfect for our family with 4 children. Opening the back door, walking across the short stretch of grass, and straight out to the pristine beach, was awesome. The home is clean, bright, and airy inside, recently painted and updated with lovely furnishings and comfortable beds, has a fantastic and fully appointed kitchen, and was more than enough room for our family of 6. Angela is so kind that we felt like we were staying at a friend’s home! We saw a launch from the beach one evening and sea turtles on the beach every night. The view of the beach is wholly unobstructed, and the sun rises directly in front of the home. The ocean was perfectly clear, the beach was filled with shells, and overall was such a treat for this family that has spent most of our vacation time on Gulf beaches. The garage has chairs, boogie boards, and two bikes. Publix is just 5 minutes away, had fresh shrimp every day, and daily Mass at a welcoming church was right next door. We loved our time together as a family at this beautiful home on this beautiful beach.

My family and I loved our stay! Very clean, beautiful home with even more gorgeous views. The private beach was perfect and the chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and more were all there ready for us to use. We would definitely come back again!

Great family spot

Initially had a concern about cleaning upon arrival. Property manager was very responsive and attempted to resolve any problems. Property is beautiful and truly a stone throw away from the beautiful ocean! Kids loved literally running into the backyard to play at the beach!

A Perfect Stay in an Oceanside Paradise

This home provided everything we needed for our month’s stay, steps from the ocean. We enjoyed meals on the back balcony overlooking the ocean and on the front balcony watching the sunset! The sunrises were stunning from the back balcony. We even saw 2 launches during our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed some meals at casual places and more upscale restaurants, but ate mostly “at home” because it was such a beautiful setting. The condo’s private beach is really quiet and great for walking and for collecting beautiful shells! There are plenty of beach items for children and adults to enjoy. There are many options nearby if we wanted to be busy. Our host, Angela, was completely helpful, kind, responsive, and accommodating leaving many suggestions of activities in the binder in the home and being accessible to answer any questions. She and Mike truly work to ensure their guests have a completely enjoyable stay. The home itself and the area are truly comfortable and easy to enjoy. We whole heartedly recommend this wonderful home and our excellent hosts. Thank you to Angela and Mike for making our stay feel like a touch of paradise!!

We have been visiting Melbourne Beach every single year for over 20 years. Long ago we fell in love with the peaceful beaches. With no hotels in the area, the stretches of beach are quiet and private and offer an ideal place to relax and truly enjoy the beach and the ocean. Although the town is quiet and private, it is still within minutes of grocery stores, restaurants and shopping, and within minutes of the causeway to the mainland.
