ATTICO 203 - B&B DE LUXE

Au centre de Rome, à quelques pas de Piazza San Pietro et des Musées du Vatican, ATTICO 203 offre tout le confort dans une ambiance chaleureuse et familier.

Cette annonce concerne 1 chambre double ou double à usage simple ou triple (puisqu'il y a la possibilité d'ajouter un lit).

Informations générales de toute la structure:

Notre nouvelle construction dispose de 3 chambres spacieuses et finement meublées, chacune équipée de la climatisation, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et d'un sèche-cheveux. Les chambres sont 2 doubles et 1 double/twin (avec possibilité d'un lit supplémentaire pour 2 des 3 chambres, donc les lits peuvent passer de 6 à 8).

Les 3 salles de bains extérieures (à côté des chambres) sont équipées: le première d'une douche en verre avec grande pomme de douche, la deuxième d'une baignoire/douche et la troisième d'un Jacuzzi.

Le petit-déjeuner italien, NON INCLUS dans le prix (uniquement sur demande explicite du client), peut être consommé sur la grande terrasse (espace commun à tous les clients, qui peut également servir d'espace de détente) ou dans les chambres.

La position privilégiée du B&B le rend particulièrement pratique pour ceux qui aiment se déplacer à pied ou en transports en commun. Juste en dessous du B&B se trouve le bus 64 qui vous emmène directement à la gare Termini en passant par le centre où vous pourrez admirer la célèbre Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona... et les célèbres rues commerçantes (Via Condotti, Via del Corso, Via Borgognona…). En outre, au bout de Via delle Fornaci se trouvent également une station de taxis, de nombreux autres transports publics et un passage souterrain pour piétons qui mène directement à Piazza San Pietro ou au Gianicolo et à l'hôpital pédiatrique Bambino Gesù.

Le supermarché devant l'immeuble (Carrefour) est très pratique et est ouvert tous les jours de 8h à 22h. En plus de Piazza San Pietro, nous sommes également très proches de Castel Sant’Angelo, Villa Doria Pamphilj, Trastevere et dans les environs il y a plusieurs bars, restaurants (italiens, chinois, sushi, pizza...), pâtisseries et glaciers.

Roberta was so wonderful! Not only was she responsive, we were well taken care of. And the rooms/ bathrooms were beautiful! We only stayed one night but wish it were several, as it was the perfect place to relax between seeing Roma. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

St Peter’s

Clean and comfortable room and well appointed bathroom. The management was most helpful with my late check in. The area consists of elegant apartment blocks, just five minutes walk from the Vatican. Generally a good place to stay.

At the end of the main bus route (64) you’ll find this lovely spacious apartment near the Vatican. Roberta is a wonderful host and there is a supermarket right across the road. A great home in Rome

Quiet, lovely apartment!!

Roberta is lovely, she met us at the apartment when we got there and showed us around. The apartment is on the 4th floor and has an elevator. We were in walking distance to restaurants and attractions. It’s on the Vatican side and was very quiet. I highly recommend her place.

Perfect Property!

This is an incredible property located to amazing sites in Rome! The hostess was very kind and accommodating and really made us feel at home. Super clean, great amenities, and we were able to book last-minute after a mix-up on my end. It is also right across the street from a market/store, perfect to pick up food, toiletries and other necessities. I could not recommend this place enough!!! Thank you so much for everything!!!

Fabulous place to stay in Rome

This is a fabulous place to stay . Roberta & Alessandro are fantastic hosts , sending all information required before our trip, meeting is on arrival and helpful during our stay! The b&b is in a perfect location and very easy to get to from the airport with a very easy train and bus ride… It’s about a 50 minute walk to the main attractions of coliseum etc with many places to eat/drink along the way and a supermarket directly across the road! The room has everything you need for a short break and the terrace area is stunning ! We would definitely return back here … thank you Roberta & Alessandro xx

Nice place close to Vatican

This was a good place to stay up the street from the Vatican. There is a big hill, so I suggest taxi if you have luggage. Breakfast was advertised but not served or mentioned by the host. Air conditioning was only in bedroom, but this wasn’t an issue since other rooms had windows. Clean, big bathroom. La Vittoria is a fantastic restaurant nearby as well, and a grocery store across the street is super convenient.

3 night stay in Roma

Nice apartment on the fourth floor. Easy access to the bus and the train station. Across the street from a small grocery store for your food needs. The jetted tub was great after a day of walking and sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked great. The very large balcony was terrific. I loved smelling the fresh morning air and listening to the birds while eating breakfast. Roberta communicated very quickly responding to questions or needs. We would definitely stay there again if we went back to Rome. Thanks Roberta!

Great location for exploring Rome

Very convenient location near Vatican City. Quiet neighborhood with a grocery store across the street, and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. The layout of the apartment was a little awkward, but you do have a private bathroom through the shared hallway. We loved being able to sit on the balcony in the evening and relax. Within walking distance of the main Rome attractions (Colosseum, Trevi fountain, the Pantheon, etc) as long as you don't mind putting in a few extra steps. Also very close to a train station, if you're traveling by rail. Check in was a little confusing - we didn't realize we needed to ring the bell to get let in. Otherwise it was a very well-managed stay! Note that the previous reviews that mention breakfast are outdated. That said, lots of places nearby to grab some espresso!

Luxurious and perfectly located

We regretted staying for such a short period. The 3 bedroom apartment was everything we had hoped for and more. It was beautifully furnished, catered for every comfort, was air conditioned, and one bedroom opened up onto a rooftop terrace where we had our breakfast to the sound of a choir singing an aria, either from the neighbouring apartments or from the Vatican. Wherev3r it was from, it was heavenly! Roberta, the person in charge, was singularly helpful, informative and so warm and friendly. The apartment is walking distance to the Vatican, not more than 10 minutes walk but sufficiently far enough away from the crowds heading there. We hope definitely to be back to that apartment!
