**Note: This property was NOT damaged by Hurricane Ian and is fully operational and hosting guests** Spectacular 2nd Floor condominium on Marco River minutes from Gulf of Mexico in heart of popular Olde Marco Business District. Unit located directly on Marco River facing west. Condominium has docking for boats available for reasonable charge. Guest must have insurance on boat and make arrangements for dockage directly with condominium. Guest must contact them directly and make arrangements. Small kitchenette in unit with stove, dishwasher and fridge. Pull out couch in living room Walk to many popular Marco Island restaurants and lounges. Private covered parking in front of unit.

Pavilion B7

Online announcement does not do justice for the 1 bedroom rental at the Pavilion. We were all pleased with the location and spectacular view from the large balcony, watching the boats sail by. Announcement needs updated pictures and unit correction from A-1 to B-7.
