Le logement est bien située dans une rue très calme.Petit jardin fort agréable.La plage du Tanchet est accessible à pied en 15 minutes.Tous les commerces à proximité.Nous avons eu une coupure générale d'électricité d'une journée (inédite dan sle quartier aux dires des voisins) et nous avons pu compter sur Florence, la propriétaire, qui s'est renseigné auprès de la mairie, nous a proposé de prendre une douche chez elle et venus nous voir avant notre départ pour prendre des nouvelles.C'est très appréciable.
