Good communication through what’s up. The person welcomed us, showed the room and was very pleasant. The property have kitchen, bathroom and beds. Almost all you need except towels and bedding (?). We have been told it’s common here and offered to buy some for the same price as room itself. It’s the 1st time we encountered this in our many travels around different countries. Not having toiletries? No problem. No dish soap? Strange having a kitchen and no dish soap to clean dished, but ok. But no towels and even bedding? It wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Otherwise the stay was good. I wish we had more view of mountains from our apartment. Overall I would recommend staying here. Beautiful nature!

Week-end et location pour slide à Pipay. Attention on est à 55 mn du circuit. Pas top. Appartement propreté moyen. La baignoire est haute, étant âgés on a pas pu prendre de douche. Micro onde manque la roulette sous plateau donc plateau bancal. Pas top. Pas de Wi-Fi comme non préciser dans l'annonce.

Situation idéale

Appartement conforme à la description, idéalement situé au pied des pistes de la petite station du Pleynet. Procédure d’arrivée et de départ parfaite. Seul bémol, l’appartement n’était vraiment pas propre à notre arrivée, mais cela n’est pas dû au propriétaire mais aux derniers locataires pas très respectueux….

L'annonce est trompeuse car je devais me rendre à prapoutel le lendemain, L'annonce donnait 12km de la station du pleynet à prapoutel alors qu'en réalité il y a plus de 30km. Ce serait bien d'indiquer les kilomètres réels !!

Bien positionné

Logement très pratique et bien positionné car accessible en ski. Par contre nous avons eu froids au départ, les propriétaires ont été aimables pour nous aider à résoudre le problème. A priori les anciens locataires avaient éteint à tord le chauffage.

Propre et à côté des pistes

L’appartement est très bien , fonctionnel et au bord des pistes . Celui-ci est bien équipé et la vue des chambres est magnifique Seul bémol, quand nous sommes arrivés, le compteur électrique était coupé et donc l’appartement non chauffé

Une belle location en tous points conforme à l'annonce avec en plus la propreté, tous les équipements (dont un lave vaisselle, un must!), et un appel personnalisé avant d'arriver qui est une marque de courtoisie fort appréciée. On recommande.

Appartement idéalement situé pour départ en randonnée

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le logement de notre hôte pour sa propreté, sa situation idéale pour les départ en randonnée sur les sept laux, le calme et l'accès à l'appartement en autonomie qui nous a permis d'arriver même tard. Nous avons également aimé le contact avec l'hôte simple, rapide et réactif pour répondre à nos questions. Bref, je vous conseille sans hésitation l'appartement de M et Mme Perez !
