Apartment location is great, communication and check in nice and easy, property manager very responsive to any issues, easy access to pool and all facilities required. Roof terrace is lovely in the sun. Would recommend.

Another great stay on Las Ramblas.The property, as I have reviewed before, is as advertised and is perfect for our needs.A little bit of constructive criticism - the property could do with a bit of TLC. The front bedroom and bathroom ceilings could do with painting and the sunbed cushions need replacing.We will be looking to return next year.

Peaceful apartment with lovely pool

A lovely little apartment a short drive to anything you could possibly need. There are many lovely beaches to choose from all within 5-20mins drive away. The apartment had everything you need to be comfortable.

Comfortable and good location

Very good holiday, clean modern and spacious accomodation, good location for the golf course, and local facilities, Zenia beach was also in easy reach. Definitely Reccomended.

Wonderful Apartment in a Great Area

My wife and I spent a month in this great apartment and loved every minute of our stay. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked to return next year. The apartment is exactly as listed and for us the best aspect is the solarium. We also really enjoyed the location, with its proximity to the La Fuente CC and the canal, which enabled us to go on many long, flat walks.

Everything you need is available in the house. Is was very clean. Had lot of space and was in one word a great house.. Photo’s represent how it really is.

Closest bar or restaurant 8.10 of a mile away in average heat no problem but in 33 degree long walk when you get there the pub is great food great staff great beer great but if you would like to get a taxi or bus anywhere even the locals say you are in the lap of the gods we tried one night and waited over two hours

Lovely apartment

Fantastic stay at Las Ramblas. Apartment clean and had everything we needed for our 11 night stay. Met by Julie, lovely friendly lady who responded very quickly to any queries. There are steps up to the apartment and more up to solarium. Love this area and have been back several times. Car is essential to explore the area. Lovely canal walks and bike rental close by. Plenty of choice for eating out at La Fuente or Villa Martin Plaza. La Zenia only 8 mins in car. Several beaches to chose from.

Mediocre

While Julie and Tony are brilliant the property is marked as recently refurbished the damp in the bedroom was not expected,also the new bathroom vanity unit looks like a rush job as the drawers could not be opened without moving to one side, and the gap and finishing strip around the unit left little to be desired.

Property location details

The property is very nice and clean plus specious. The only issues encountered was the sewage smells that come from the bedroom toilets stayed on throughout. The location on here says that it is located 25 minutes from Murcia airport. The property is 45 minutes drive from Murcia Airport. All the information regarding the beaches mentioned within the 4.5KM radius is incorrect and also not accessible if you love walking. La Zenia shopping centre is also not accessible if you want to walk. Julie was very helpful throughout. Anyone booking this place, I suggest you contact with Julie as she can respond to you with helpful information such as car hiring and any other vital information. The swimming pool is very good and easily accessible. The kids loved Swimming there.
