- a living room with a 160cm double sofa bed, a television, and a south-facing balcony.

- a bathroom with a sink and toilet.
Pets are not allowed.
There is no ski storage room.
There is a parking area in front of the residence with a barrier (accessible with a badge), but there are no reserved spaces.
