Awesome

We loved Todd's house. Great location with beach down street. The Island is lovely with beautiful beaches and few tourists. Easy place to chill from the maddening world!

Michele and Fritz were a pleasure to host. They treated the cottage as their home away from home and left it in wonderful shape. We will be happy to host them again.

We had a great stay at the house and it was well situated. The Owner was helpful and responsive to questions we had. We did have to use the rainwater storage and the instructions were flawless. Our only minor complaint was the fridge that had the owners food on the top shelf and in the door- we thought that this should’ve been stored elsewhere. The clothes in the closet were a lesser problem but we like to unpack our suitcases for a weeks stay. We really enjoyed our stay and many thanks to Todd. Highly recommend this Owner and the property. Also Long Island is fantastic!

Great house and location.

The house was on the newer side and clean. The car ran well. The communication with the owner was excellent. There is a small beach on the Atlantic side within a 5 minute walk. I heard there is good snorkeling there when it's calm. If you snorkel I recommend visiting the Blue Hole. There were a wide variety of fish and sand dollars in the shallows. Max Conch Bar was our favorite restaurant. They make the best Cuban Sandwich! We rented a boat from Long Island Boat Rentals. The boat was in great shape and they had the cooler full of ice with waters and all the safety equipment. Waters are very peaceful and you may not see another person all day on the secluded beaches. I recommend this house and Long Island.
