Summary:

Oceanfront 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath. Sit on the balcony and enjoy. Washer & Dryer inside the condo. Condo is set up with one king bed, two twins and one queen. There is an oceanfront outdoor swimming pool, charcoal grills, landscaped picnic area and lounging area for enjoying the sun. You have free WiFi and elevators. You must be at least 25 yrs of age or older to rent. No motorcycles. This unit is not pet friendly per the HOA!



The Space:

Three bedroom, two bath (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins) full kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony. This unit is not pet friendly per the HOA!

Getting Around:

Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi.



Other Things to Note:

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties. This unit is not pet friendly per the HOA!

This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

Family Vacation

Love the size and space of living quarters. Close to the beach! Pool was closed for a couple days for some reason, but we really liked the place and location. Hope to come back!

Location was perfect . Waking up every morning on the beach was just what we needed. Condo was clean, easy access to beach, and pool was clean. We 100% recommend . Definitely will be our place to stay on our next beach trip.

Shoreham Towers Review

This was a perfect place for us. It was right on the beach and had a pool. You could see the beach from the condo balcony. The host was very responsive and helpful with all questions and concerns we had. Would recommend this place for sure!

Family vacation

Location was great! Access to the beach was great, oceanfront property. Needs some updating, but not too bad at all. TV’s work with the Wi-Fi which was not that great. Over all nice place and I’d stay there again.

Not what we expected!

The pictures they have listed are not what the place looks like at all must be when they first got the place. Mold and black stuff on ceilings. Couch hard and dirty. Lights in kitchen sometimes worked. Dryer had to pull it out in floor to make it dry clothes. The only thing I say good about the place is the master bed is very comfortable. But overall not impressed:(

Needs updating

We loved the place. There were so many nice ppl that stayed in the building but the place needs updated and several things fixed. The couch is extremely stained to the point we went out and bought blankets to cover it. The one tv did not work it kept getting kicked off line and the other tv had something wiped all over it and could not see anything good. The screen door on the deck was broken off and the kitchen light had lights out and the light cover was missing. The kitchen chairs were all stained as well. It could be such an amazing place to stay but it needs a good update.

Family vacation

The stay itself was nice, but disappointed on the cleanliness of the overall condo! Couch has stains all over, floor was sticky, walls looked like they had liquid sprayed on some of them, bathrooms had pee on the toilet seats, the drawers in the kitchen looked like stuff has been spilled in them and not cleaned in months, I had to wash all the sheets before sleeping since the one bedroom sheets looked to have dried blood on it and the carpets are full of dark stains! The one tv wouldn’t work and looked like deep scratches were all over the screen! Check in was also at 4pm and we couldn’t get into the room until 4:45 because the cleaners were still in there! The location was great, beach access was perfect and the pool was very clean! We would definitely stay on the property again and would stay in this unit if they do a big deep clean

We loved the area we stayed in. The condo is in need of a good cleaning and updating. The master bed and mattress was horrible. The pool and beach was awesome.

Beach 2020

This condo is in an excellent spot next to the beach. Nice property. The only issue we had was with a couple of the TVs, one in the living room the sound was messed up and one in the bedroom had something all down the screen. These are easy fixes but everything else was good. Would stay there again.

Relaxing on the Beach

This property is in a fantastic location. The oceanfront views are beautiful. Our only compliant is that the mattress in the master needs replacing. Otherwise the condo was spacious and clean.

Vacation 2022

This was the perfect location for our vacation. The pool and beach were just steps away. I love staying more north when I come and this was perfect! The condo was just what we needed. It definitely could use some TLC but it was fine for our needs. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!!

Wonderful Weekend

This is in a great location and the beach was perfect. The unit is nice, but needs a little TLC. The floor was sticky, carpets needed to be cleaned, bathrooms could be deep cleaned, the rug in the master bath needs to be vacuumed and the couch could use a steam cleaning. However, even though it needs TLC it was a very comfortable place to stay in. The beds were very comfortable and the towels and linens are in great shape and smell fresh and clean. I would stay there again and for the price it is perfect. The parking was plentiful, the pool was clean, elevators and lobby were clean. It can sleep up to 8 people so great size. All in all it was a wonderful weekend.

Stay at Shoreham Towers 1

Property location is the best thing about this condo. Pool is nice. Close to Ocean is best part. However, condo was outdated, furniture dirty and completely worn down. King bed a disaster to sleep on. Ceilings were dirty and needs overall painting! Kitchen was good on appliances and and kitchen accessories. But cabinets and drawers need a good cleaning. I washed all plates, silverware, pots and pans before using! Then, laid paper towels in drawers before placing silverware back. I can say, I will not stay at this condo site again! Also had one roach inside at balcony door.

Needs updated. Microwave in poor condition. Some lights in living room did not work. Master bath had a very bad odor. Window blinds were dirty and not working. I liked the big washer and dryer. The patio furniture was horrible ,rusty and worn out.

Needs Updating

Obviously the owners of this condo do not care how it looks. In need of updates everywhere. Was not cleaned to our satisfaction. Light in kitchen had no cover.TV in master Bedroom did not have proper remote. Killed 3 roaches while there. Eagle realty Property owner never checked on us as promised they would. We asked about Tv remote which they said they would bring but never did. We made the best of it though and will say the outside property was clean and great location . But I would give the condo a C-.

VERY dirty. Stains everywhere on floor, bedding, and furniture. Everything was broken; toilet, microwave, light fixtures, shades, mirrors, interior furniture, patio furniture, cushions, and family room tv.

Beautiful view

Nice condo good for 4 people. Great view of the beach. There were some minor things but were taken care of quickly by management.

Property was clean, and in excellent condition. Everything was in working order, and beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Just bring you some coffee for the keurig and a cup!!!! We will stay again and I do recommend!!!
